TERRIBLE AIRCONDITIONER
Infinity Range Single Phase ARTG60LDTA (15.8kW / 18.0kW)The air conditioner works well when it it working, hence the problem. We have nothing but trouble with this air-conditioner from the first install it has broken down 3 times in six months, the first time it was not working for two weeks while waiting for parts to arrive. I have asked for the unit to be replaced but so far have not done so. I would never recommend this product to anyone. lucky it comes with a five year warranty I think I'll need it.

Hi. I have a ARTG60LDTA unit which has been working like a dream until we had a power outage last night. I need support to reset the AnywAIR software which has basically fallen over and died. I would be grateful for any help.
Hi Eddie sorry to hear your AnywAiR isn't working please call Fujitsu Technical Support and they will do their best to assist you Tel: 1300 364 484.
In the meantime, can you try a power reset at the isolator or the outdoor. Also ensure that when the power is off, that the tablet turns off as well. If the table doesn't turn off, find the power source for the tablet and isolate the power for that as well. Leave the power supply off for 5 minutes and restart. This might help.
Hi, Just a general question.
Our problem is that after we turn the system off and open doors and windows our composite vinyl flooring becomes damp on particularly humid days
We have a ducted ARTG60LDTA (15.8kW) installed. It works well so far, but is there a specific setting to reduce this occurrence.

Hi Arnold, Thanks for reaching out to us, please be advised there is no specific setting to reduce this occurrence. We suggest when you turn the air conditioning off, to not open doors or windows for about 20 minutes, and then open the windows one by one, because inside the house will be a low temperature, and the humidity from outside to inside will cause condensation.
Hi I have a art 54 had it install ed 10 yrs ago and every year it hasnt worked to its full potential
condisdering upgrading to the aotg60 but not confident with the reviews and the product
.could you ensure me that fugitsu has improved as i am hopefull the upgrade is only the outdoor unit only
