Gentrax 2.0kW Portable Inverter Generator, ideal, camping/caravaning and powering lights, small refrigerators freezers, and TV/Computers, tools, during "Emergency Situations". (2 X 15 amp power outlets and 12 volt DC). Cheaper, similar noise level as Honda. Economy Mode. Couple tools/funnel/cover and manual. Add engine oil prior to starting. Easy to Start. 4.5 litre petrol tank (Approx 8 hours run time). Only down side have to unscrew side panel to access oil filler and dipstick. Have been using for while and no apparent issues. Cost AU$399. Brought on E'bay.

recently purchased gentrex 2000 wait generator and have oil leaking from the oil filler cap have it quit tight but still leaks any clues

Just check that you have not "cross-threaded the "cap". I think its a "plastic Cap" and can be easily cross-threaded. If so, unscrew same inspect thread in good light for damage to thread, if not bad use small file straighten thread. Further can use "O" ring correct size as washer too make seal. BEEN VERY CAREFUL SCREWING IN AND DON'T OVERTIGHTEN. If have problems and have "local MOWER SHOP" may be able to assist with issue.
