Leaking Spray trigger
After using it 5 times the spray handle started leaking so I lost nearly half the spray pressure.
Otherwise the unit is fantastic.
Ive found out after calling Nilfisk that Ozito have just bought Gerni and offered me a full refund or another Gerni of equal value so I have the 150.3 Super from Bunnings.Im yet try it out and the spray handle looks far better I wont be writing a review till its been used more than 5 times.
Purchased in October 2021 at Bunnings Warehouse for A$499.00.

No replacement parts if things go wrong
I bought this unit about two years ago. It works well, my only suggestion would be to move the power level settings from the handle as you often push them by mistake when cleaning. Anyway, the hose exploded. I contacted Bunnings who contacted Gerni. Gerni Sydney says it will take two months to get parts. Two months means that blokes like me who use these machines for work every couple of weeks have a problem.

Buy a Karcher
Buy a Karcher. When it works it does a good job, but 6 uses and the on/off switch failed. 3 months waiting for parts from Gerni and repairs. Then 2 uses later. Regulator the fails.... 4 months later, still waiting on parts that are on backorder from Gerni, and no repair date in sight. Gerni have terrible backup on this and no parts in stock.

Great Gerni
Brought 145.3 works from Bunnings. Arriving home and unpacking the unit, I found the instructions and thought what a lot of crap this is. The instructions are next to useless and are certainly on the cheap side of things. So feeling like I forked out a lot of money for some cheap Chinese you know what. Anyway I keeped unpacking the unit. Trying out the unit on my van, well what can I say it is the best pressure washer I have owned. The foam sprayer the non kink hose the Brush and the three different nozzles are all working better than expected. I have yet to try the patio brush.

This is the one. Excellent
After having 2 other electric pressure washers, my next was always going to be a petrol until i used one and realised the limitations - too noisy, smokey, runs hot, doesnt start / stop when you untrigger, cheap pumps that blow etc so not really suited to surburban usage imo. So the hunt went on for the best electric reasonable money can buy, all things considered. Did all the research psi, flow rates hose lengths, noise. I dont go by halves anymore. This is it. Gerni 145.3. This pulled stuff from the driveway my neighbours petrol could not. Ye...Read more
s its the most exxy in bunnings but its cheap compared to 300-400 gernis and karchers that have 1/5 the ability. Also note my research discovered this is the same unit as the top line Stihl (same company) with some minor differences but rebadged and couple hundred cheaper to buy. Also 5 yr warranty with this v the 2 yr on the Stihl- in my experience is a valuable addition with electric washers.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

They stand by their product
Had a purchased a Classic 120.2 a couple or so years back that had had an easy life but was just not doing its job properly and in the end was acting like a glorified electric hose wand ( could put my hand underneath its spray, it was so weak). Cue to me writing a complaint highlighting my dissatisfaction of the unit ( and how I had bought a range of accessories that were now useless). No fobbing off whatsoever, representative came out and advised it was probably not functioning properly in the very beginning ( I told her how I had to use the p...Read more
atio cleaner hard like a scrubbing brush as there just was so little power to clean pavers) and promptly gave me the 145.3 unit as they were unhappy that I had not experienced the Gerni product in the manner it should have been . We'll talk about chalk and cheese, not only an improved carriagement but the power! This is a great unit, one added use I found was a garden blower, it just blasts the leaves away and if you are clever about it, you don't use much water to do so. So pleased I made contact with Gerni as I was vowing to never deal with them again. Anyone out there, you can be sure that they take their products performance very seriously. Highly recommended!Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Really good
Have used it for several hours now and no problem of handle leaking as reported by others of similar models. Used it to clean my driveway and patio; which has removed all the build up scum with ease. Take care as the high pressure can damage the concrete. The Powerspeed nozzle can adjust the pressure although the Tornado nozzle is always on high pressure. This model has 2100 psi. Highly recommended.

Disappointed
Purchased 145.3 14/2/2015 $702.00 only used five times two/three hours failed 10/12/2015. Needs a major repair, no parts available until mid to late January. Paying this sort money you expect not to have any problems with such little use. The company needs to the quality control in place.

What I Have Wanted
I have used this machine for 3 months, used approximately 10-12 hours work with few problems and has performed well, mainly cleaning pavers and concrete paths, plus washing the vehicles.

I have several. They keep breaking down. The internal switch housing and pump housing are faulty. Known fault.
But they come with a 7 yr wry. They just keep giving me a new one each time. However it takes gerni MONTHS to supply replacement parts. Power is ok for the $, but buy a petrol karcher with a rotating power head instead and save yourself the hassle.
Thanks for the quick response. What do you use it for? I have a petrol powered one at work, just think it's too noisy for the home :-/.

runs well until you let go of trigger then takes couple of minutes to run again after pulling trigger again, while running works well, its only just gone twelve months old.
