Worst mattress ever. Thought I’d give it a few weeks but blah. Haven’t had a decent sleep since purchasing it 3 months ago. Gotta buy a mattress topper to at least give it that softness that it advertised it would do. Money down the drain.

I purchased a Giselle mattress in a box from eBay (Oz Plaza Living).
I was expecting the medium firmness to be 7 or 8 out 10. This mattress is more 5 1/2 or 6 out of 10, which is not a medium-firm.
So far, since I have been going to sleep on the Giselle mattress, I have been waking up with a sore back. I contacted the seller from eBay for a refund or to exchange the mattress for a firmer one. As the mattress has opened, it'll be costly to return due to the size and wasted as it's illegal to re-sell used mattress due to sanitary purposes, they would usually offer a replacement or refund according to the situation. I'm sorry that this mattress is too firm for your liking. With your situation that it's causing bad ache, please do let them know that you want a full refund instead. We offer 15 years warranty for our mattress. If it is not to your liking, please contact Catch to initiate the case. They might not able to provide a full refund due to the mattress is not faulty in a way. Most sellers prefer not to have the mattress returned as they can't resell the mattress due to hygiene issue and it'll be a waste as they'll need to dispose it.
