We have bought and sold properties across Australia and never had a conveyancing experience like this. What should have been a straight forward transaction was turned into a completely unnecessary convoluted nightmare. The incompetence and resultant stress was unbelieveable. We had to pull the pin and have our conveyance transferred to another firm to get everything completed on time. Even though it meant paying Go Go's fees before they would release the papers to someone else, it was a relief to be out of there, and the company that took over had it all tied up and sorted within a couple of days! Avoid Go Go conveyancing at all costs.

This is the third that my partner and I have used go go conveyancing and we find them to be excellent. Every time we have used them they have been professional, responsive to our needs and always ensure that our interests are looked after. The whole process once again was easy, we barely had to do a thing which is exactly what we need given that we are both busy people. We have recommended them to lots of our friends and families and they too have had the same great service. Thanks go go, keep up the good work and we look forward to you helping us in our next purchase.

We missed the settlement date for our property and ended up living in a hotel room for two weeks, and packing all our belongings in storage. Not to mention narrowly avoiding losing our deposit. We were lucky the vendor's agent and our mortgage broker were able to help us. Failing to lodge documents in a timely manner is a pretty basic error and, of course, they tried to pin the blame on everybody else.

I found Go Go to be unorganised and unprofessional. They missed key aspects of settlement, such as adjustment date, due diligence on out standing fees, stamp duty payment date and contract review process. I ended up paying $3000 more for my property as I had to pay body corporate fees that were in arrears plus I paid the difference at adjustment. Stay clear of these guys.

There website ad says from $595.00 and after talking to them, I was told it shouldn’t be any more than this amount plus standard fees as my sale was simple and straight forward and it actually was. Ok I didn’t really believe them, but I was thinking around the $900.00 after I had got all my facts together. The final bill came to $1300.00 of which one item was double charged. I asked for the double charge to be refunded but what would you expect – I was dealing with lawyers. They just laughed. Things got a little complicated but only because of these clowns not because of anything else. The only reason any thing gets complicated with lawyers is because of them.
