Ordered on a Friday and received the sim the following Tuesday- so fast they sent it with express post! Very easy to set up, installed the app and it is super easy to check the balance. Would recommend to all my friends travelling :) loved the $10 already included which just made it better.
Inexpensive, super quick and easy

Card arrived promptly with UPS. Easy instruction to understand. Plug in in my cell phone and it works equal. not like a prepaid card from T Mobile or AT & T, where you first need a computer that you register the card. I will definitely recommend to my friends, that this Sim card is perfect. Thanks Go Sim!!!!

I just received my international sim card and it was up and running with internet instantly! I'm very pleased since I'm going to be travelling round the Caribbean on a cruise ship for several months so this will help me to keep in touch with my girlfriend via Whatsapp, which would normally cost a bomb!
Very straight forward

We are travelling to Europe in May 2014 and searched the internet for a prepaid travel card.
Go Sim came up tops for any of the reviews that I have read. I have a few friends that have used the card and they have all be very happy with it. I ordered one online and found the experience very easy. The card arrived after 2 days and I have checked and it works fine. i have found the whole experience to be easy and user friendly and look forward to using overseas. The call rates are good and I dialled 187 for an account balance which was followed by an immediate SMS with the account balance.

I'm thrilled to have discovered go-sim and how easy it is to use with my international phone. When not in wi-fi areas it will make staying in contact with people overseas much easier and less stressful. The 'travel app' function seems easy to use with the recharge options on the go. It's a shame that the sim toolkit doesn't import the numbers already saved onto the phone. Look forward to seeing how it goes on my next trip!

So far I'm very happy with the product. It worked right after it popped it in my phone which was a lot more than the last company that I tried. I really like the fact that it can be activated and tried out in the US before travelling also. I really like the additional piece of mind that travelling through Europe with a phone will give me.

I have bought two Go Sims for our trip to Italy and France. The worst service I have ever experienced. I have now called them twice. Not at all helpful; seems like they just can't be bothered. They simply couldn't answer my questions at all. I would never buy this sim card if only for their terrible customer service.

Dreadful customer service; no connection

Customer service helped as the initial activation my +44 mobile sim kept displaying "Sending USSD" then a "Request not connected". He explained that the sim hadn't connected to the local carrier which it finally did after removing & replacing the sim. Turning the mobile off & on several times hadn't worked prior to removing & replacing the sim card.
Easy purchase & prompt delivery from local Melbourne site. Had been recommended by friends.
The "Sending USSD" kept interrupting any activity on the phone.

Great rates - good options in various countries, data packs makes live very easy.. once I worked out how to forward my aussie mobile number to the travel sim number I saved hundreds on global roaming and with virgin the call forwarded was included in my cap (at $2 per min - for an international call rate) but gave me something to use my credit on when i was away :)

Sim card was very easy to order and arrived within 2 days! Did quite a lot of research and this sim card seemed the best value for money. I did have a few questions so I called the call centre, I didn't have to wait very long for my call to be answered and my questions were all answered.

My daughter used this 2 years ago, was fantastic! Competitive rates and so easy to use! I researched many others on the market, and this one really was the best. Best deals with phone calls, texts and data usage. Customer service was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend it!

This travel sim offered everything I was looking for in a travel sim. Rates shown for the countries I will be travelling to are great. So once ordered the sim arrived within 2-3 days. I activated it online and when in USA, inserted sim and could call straight away. I gave family and friends my number before I left so we could be in contact straight away. Can check balance online or on phone. Instruction provided were easy to follow. Not sure how well the coverage will be as Im just started my trip. But so far so good.

I did a lot of research on our best option for travelling around South America. Go SIM had one of the cheapest rates, but I was sold on the free Facebook status posts that will let us keep our families in the loop with where we are at. We've already recommended it to friends.

Sim card arrived extremely quickly with easy to understand instructions - have used Go Sim before with ease. The cost of texting makes communicating really affordable when travelling overseas. I am travelling for a couple of months in Europe with friends who also have purchased Go Sim so it will be an easy way for us to keep in touch with them as well as family here at home.

As we are travelling to quite a few different countries on the next trip it seemed sensible to get the one sim to cover all countries with one number. Trying it out in Australia it works well, looking forward to using it in Europe.

If you intend to stay in one or two countries, I suggest buying local SIM cards, especially in Asia where it's SO cheap. If you intend to move in many different countries, I think it could be worth investing in a Go-SIM card, especially for emergencies. Mine worked perfectly in 15 different countries. The only place where it did not work was Cambodia for some reasons. Except for that, I have nothing to say, really good coverage.
