Sim card arrived two days after ordering it on line. Came with clear instructions and worked without fuss. I bought the sim on the recommendation of a friend. The calls are much cheaper than using global roaming. I will be using the Sim for calls in the UK, Poland, Czech Republic, Austria, Slovakia and Hungary.The website is easy to navigate.

Used GoSIM in Rome, Northern Ireland and Ireland with no problems whatsoever. Last visit I had to purchase 2 cards for Ireland. Will use this SIM card for all my travels. Same mobile number and one less thing to do. LOVE the convenience and easy to set up and use.
Totally reliable

A very good product. Cheap calls and SMS, easy to order with rapid delivery of the card. Email help service is very helpful and extremely rapid to reply, I wish all telcos were like this. Comes with a voice mail service unlike the similar Woolies one. Great to be able to give relatives a number to contact me while on a cruise ship.

After doing a lot of research I decided to buy a Go-Sim travel sim for my trip to New Zealand. I was really surprised at how quick it turned up as I got it two days after I ordered online. I now cant wait to use the Sim for calls and data in New Zealand. The email support was also really good when I send an online request for information, the reply came the same day.

I have been looking for a provider to cut back on calls from a mobile while travelling overseas. I started out looking at phone cards then I found GoSIM and checked their costs against some of my old phone bills, there is definitely a saving.

I ordered the SIM card and received it in 2 days. It package comes with invoice, instruction and SIM card. After inserting the SIM to my unlocked phone and it just works! SIM card is already preactivated. Although out going calls are reverse call back type, but they are a lot cheaper than roaming. I would recommend GoSim!

I purchased the product for my international trip. I activated the phone number in Australia and tested it. All OK. When overseas I made one 5 minute call back to Australia, then I received text message saying that my $50 credit needed recharging. I emailed requesting an answer, no response. Then I recharged with $30 but continued to get text requests for another recharge. Another email query for help, no response.
The number could not be used at all. I kept getting daily texts telling me my credit was low and needed topping up. WHAT A RIP OFF. $80 FOR ONE 5 MINUTE CALL!
When I discussed my issue with a fellow traveller he reported the same problem.

I did quite a bit of research before selecting Go-Sim. I had a look at four other brands but they simply did not compare. The rates are very reasonable - especially the included data (a priority for me). Delivery was also well priced and super fast, which was a relief. I highly recommend Go-Sim!
Reliable, inexpensive

After looking at many options for a travel sim, Go-Sim was the better choice, as it had cheaper rates, the sim and delivery cost were also cheap too. It's easy to setup. Very convenient. When i was doing my research, i gave their customer service line a call, a couple of times. They were very helpful.

I used Go Sim in my Samsung tablet over a ten week period in Europe and the UK. The phone was quite unreliable. It worked OK with some numbers but would not work at all with others. Data was not too bad but very expensive. I will not be using Go Sim again, but picking up a cheap pre-paid sim for the country I am visiting.

After looking around I found that gosim has great rates for data in asia countries, planning to travel to korea and japan. The sim arrived fairly quick, worked well with my dual sim phone. With the android app it is a great addition, able to check on my account. All in all it is very easy to setup as the sim is preactivated on arrival.

Have just received my sim, like the number of options people have of contacting me, some without charge to them. Like the travel journal even more, as it will reduce the number of texts/calls I have to make, family & friends can always find me! Can not wait to start my holidays, shame I'm having to take the kids!

I have used go sim before while traveling through Europe it was easy to use and connection was perfect. To find how much credit was remaining was easy and recharging was easy to do. I am so happy with the service that I am using it again for my trip to the USA and have found it very easy as I'm able to get a us number which is convenient..

Travelled 6 weeks through Europe (Spain, Portugal, Czech Republic, Austria) and only got connected less than 10% of the time. Uk was fine. Feel a bit ripped off/misled including the "sales tax" added to product sourced from Adelaide and sent to Brisbane. Will use SKYPE next time considering most cafe's, hotels, B&Bs, airports have free WiFi.

I had a few questions, I called the Australian line and they were very helpful. I ordered the Europe and Asia pack with the phone included for $22, this also comes with $10 credit. it arrived in two days, put the sim card in, put the phone on charge and downloaded the recharge app. So easy, glad I went with Go Sim.
