The USA Sim card arrived quickly and set-up was easy. Just log in to rechargeminutes.com. Hoping that the card works well when I am in the USA.

Really easy to set up, simple top-up system, and transparent costs for call charges. Didn't appreciate the excessive postage and packaging charge for my internet purchased go-sim card though!

This is the first time I've arranged data etc. Go-Sim's delivery was very efficient so no problem. I have learn't the hard way though that credit can be chewed up, very easily (despite being super cautious) dependent on websites visited, a lesson learnt for me. Customer service were helpful in explaining this point in detail. All in all a great option just dont read newspaper sites.

I ordered my Go-Sim to travel around Japan. Delivery was so fast, It arrived in 2 days. The instructions are quite easy to follow, and this will give me peace of mind whilst travelling. I bought this card for my daughter's trip a couple of years ago and it seemed like a good idea. The card arrived promptly and it worked well enough on her trip. Since then, I have had to keep adding to the balance or it would have expired. Now I am looking at using it again (since it has credit) but it turns out that while phone calls are cheaper, data is more expensive than even the least economical roaming pack for my Telstra service. I will probably wind up buying a local sim on arrival and have done with.

I haven't gone to Europe at this point in time to use the system and access coverage but the initial setting up and credit loading was very simple and easy to follow and stress free. The ordering and delivery turn around time was very swift, which was most impressive. The product was recommended to us by friends so I am very confident that it will operate well in Europe.

The instruction manual with the ekit purchased mobile phone was a little diificult to follow and some of the features did not function as per the instruction manual

I purchased this online for use for a future trip to Germany. Shipping was fast. I tested in the US and everything seems fine but my trip is in 2 weeks so yet to test in Germany. I am using a feature phone and am glad that tests in US went fine (going by the fact that others had problems). It seems the sim cards are from Telestra and Go-Sim is a partner channel. Online access to recharge is great.

Some test calls went directly to voicemail (although the destination phone was sitting right next to me unused) and reduced my credit. No rate card / calling prefixes with welcome kit.

An excellent safety net when going abroad. It is simple to use, very cheap and has great service - even in the African bush! Ordered and received the next day! The calls, text and data is much cheaper than any other options I've found. I've used the GoSim for all my travels since I discovered it.

So I have now just come back from travelling to UAE, France and Greece using Go Sim card and I have to say, I was very happy with it.

Once or twice, there may have been issues with trying to access my account balance, but for 98% of the time, the card worked very well. Coverage was good so never had a problem with it.

The best thing about it was the convenience of using the one card for travel all around the different areas of Europe and the Middle East.

I am currently using Go Sim currently throughout Germany, Spain, and other parts of Europe. I am pleased with how well the service is working. I regularly receive Text Message updates on my current credit balance, which is handy. Looking to download the iPhone App to see how it works, so far very pleased so far with the overall service.

Good product. Only annoyance is the fact that they wouldn't swap my normal sized sim card for a micro sim, so I could keep my number and balance. I had to buy a new card. But the sim does work well in Europe and the us and Canada. Would be nice if they were more flexible with swapping sim cards
