I wanted to purchase something for my hair to give texture and volume, however since I’m rocking a different hairstyle to what I have done in the past, I wasn’t sure where to start, a lovely staff member ( I forgot her name) recommended some products from the big sexy hair line which has been brilliant for my hair, will be a returning physical store and online customer

I've been a Hairhouse customer for several decades and my hair has changed colour and texture over the years (as it does). Staff have always been great in helping me choose the right products to meet my changing needs. Early days were about mixing Colour Royale products to manage myself ... now the priority is adding body to thinning hair! It's also great to have access to a variety of quality brands that are Australian Made and not tested on animals.

The staff at Hairhouse Warehouse in Chirnside Park are always friendly, helpful and professional. When a product that I purchased over a period of time had been discontinued, they always directed me to another product similar to that one and I have never been disappointed. When I was having problems with my loyalty card, they went out of their way to ensure the issue was rectified and followed up to ensure I was receiving my loyalty points

NAK hair products are my go to for hair care. I enjoy using the shampoo, conditioner, styling product and finish off with hair spray. My hair looks shiny, well nourished and cared for. I enjoy compliments of how my hair looks healthy. The staff are always friendly and very knowledgeable of their products.

I ordered online and received email the next day stating my products had been shipped and I may receive multiple packages at different times if all aren’t available together. When I tracked my items said it was delayed as they were waiting for more items. Contacted courier and Hairhouse and they said nothing they could do. Finally received my package 2 weeks later and the free gift that was meant to me included as I spent over $50 was not included. The tone from hairhouse has been they don’t really care. I will be looking to purchase from another supplier next time.
