HANSA Mixer quality ........ Choose Another Brand
When you are spending 10s of thousands of dollars to completely change your kitchen, use another brand rather than Hansa for you tap mixer. Extremely costly to purchase, but the quality is simply not there even with water filters fitted.
Installed in Dec 2011 and we are now on the latest repair. Now jamming and will not swivel. Already had to have had cartridge ect replaced over its short life. Hansa back up service non existent. This tap is the only part or appliance in our entire kitchen that has required "any" repair since full installation. That fact says it all.
Choose another brand and save yourself the pain and additional expense........

Needs service after a couple of months
The Vantis (Loop) Sink Mixer was hard to buy as a number of shops did not sell it.
Finally found and purchased it and after 2 months it needs a service. Have contacted the Hansa service centre 3 times without luck ...... they seem not to be organised enough to come out to have a look at the tap which is very dissapointing backp-up service from such a well known brand.
Smooth handle motion from hot to cold setting.
Swivel motion of spout now very stiff.
