No good for kneading dough!
Bought mixer for kneading bread and noodles.
Inadequate for purpose because:
o mixer speed slows to stop as there is insufficient power to knead fairly dry mixes
o mixer tries to slowly jump around table (which it would but for the suction pads) when kneading
o sometimes need more than 7 minutes when kneading doughs, but instruction advise max. of 7 minutes
o after 7 minutes usage, must wait 40 minutes until using again!

Great Little Mixer
Great little mixer for whipping up a cake or some biscuits and scones, easy to clean and looks good. It isn't a high end model but does the job and looks very high end, very satisifed with the cakes and biscuits its made so far. It also has a top on the mixing bowl which keeps things nice and tidy. Very pleased with purchase and would recommend for those wanting a basic model mixer.

Looks are great but does it perform?
This is the second kitchen mixer purchased after a faulty Smith and Nobel from Harris Scarfe It has an aluminum bowl, a dough hook, egg beater, and a K beater. The performance of the motor is somewhat intriguing, as when you turn the dial to get it going, it does not start up until the low speed icon on the dial is reached, then when turning it up to medium the same thing occurs. That is not so worrying it is the mixing component that does not mix properly. I use it mainly to bake cakes. Baking a cake today was the last straw, as I poured the c...Read more
ake mixture into the cake tin ready for baking only to find that it had not mixed properly. I scraped at least a cup of mixture from the bowl and tipped back in the mixture for another go. This time, although not mixed through thoroughly, prompted me to write this review. So In a nutshell, I am not happy with the motor performance and not living up to what a mixer is supposed to do. So sorry I honestly don't know. Perhaps you could contact the place of purchase or the manufacturer. You would have a warranty card and that might give you the details. Alternatively, you could use glad wrap as a stop gap.
Hi I can't get to the manufacturer I appreciate if you can supply me with the information
