Where and how do I complain to HelloFresh Australia regarding money that disappears from my bank account?
This happens through HelloFresh orders not placed by my Not-For-Profit for the about of $169.79 per order and continuing over two months plus.
No food was delivered to my Not-For-Profit address for my company.
My company has never been a Hellofresh client.
If you contact the HelloFresh accounts department, they don't listen, and simply talk over you.
HelloFresh has left a very bad taste in my life.
