Perfect nutrition for good health
I & my wife have been using all Herbalife nutrition products for 31 years now. Since our weightloss then, we kept it off, and kept the doctor away, still feel as if we are in our twenties and have no health issues. We dont do additional excercises, and we dont diet, just eat & live sensibly.

Just ordered this product!
I just ordered this product and very excited to start! I've heard nothing but good things about this meal replacement program. The only bad ones I've seen are right here on this page and frankly the complaints are quite irrelevant. You can never expect to take a weightloss supplement without having to change diet and exercise... You cannot lose weight correctly even without the supplement without the change of diet and exercise... Dieting should be taken as a life change, not a quick fix. and exercise regimen you're trying to take the easy way out and are setting yourself up for failure. Suck it up, eat healthier and better yourself. Without exercise you're asking for flab and still unhealthy insides. Get off your toosh and work for it! I expect my package by 8/14/13 I will definitely be updating my review a month after my start. As for everyone else, stay strong I'll see you at the finish line!

Terrible
Basically gives sound advice on exercise and nutrition, but one has to wonder why, if any of it works well, why do Herbalife have so many different diet plans?
Mostly based on herbs and other ingredients, but still needs a sensible diet and exercise.
Expensive, fiddley, time consuming. Pills, potions and meal replacement products.
