I asked for a certificate of compliance for frame less shower screen and have received one generated by a company called Certification Solutions International. Does this have any credence or authority here in Australia? I could find no Australian Standard marks on the glass. Feed back would be appreciated.

Any customers got after sales experience with the "plastic" shower sets (with sliding rail) of High Grove? I bought a set today for a new bathroom. I am a bit sceptic about longevity of this product. I will install within the next two weeks. Any feedback will help.

Hi
We purchased a frameless shower screen from Highgrove 4 years ago which has exploded overnight.
Could you please let me know what the Highgrove warranty on shower screens is?

Thank you

David did you get a certificate of compliance with these screens? Was it sold as Australian standard?

Hi Millie, I believe the screens are made in China, so are cheaper, but they do have an Australian Standard mark. The mark has a large A with a tick - underneath it says PAS-Mark. Next to that is AS/NZS 2208 Grade A TF 10 ID 7102. This is on the remaining screen next to the shower door. I don't remember a certificate of compliance - but it isn't something I thought was an issue. They are a pretty big bathroom supply co. They actually sold us a new screen at half price, which we were happy with. Still an expensive process once you include pick up and re-installation. Thanks for your interest.

Hello I have just received a quote for a piece of stone (for a vanity top) in Highgroves 'own' Snow White. I am just a it nervous to select it as it is $1000 cheaper than another price I got for a well-known brand of reconstituted white stone. Seems too good to be true?

Hi Leigh, great question. It’s not the first time we have been asked this as our prices are very affordable.
As for what you have been quoted from our competitors I cannot say if that is an overly inflated or a fair price, what we can say is we only use the highest quality reconstituted stone and we do not compromise on quality. The main reason ours is cheaper:

- We manufacture these in large quantities
- We offer a select few popular colours
- We have them pre-fabricated in our set standard sizes

What this all means is we cut out any additional stone mason charges which are where most of your cost comes from with stone bench tops. It also cuts out warehousing costs as we limit our colours usually to the 3 most popular in the market.
We sell the stone to complement our vanities and many other products, we hope you like all we have to offer!

We hope this clears up any thoughts you have had

Can you please tell me what is the warranty offered on vanities and vanity tops and your baths? Like the person asking about the in toilets how do you support the product if there is a problem in the future.

Hi Janette,

All of our products should stipulate the warranty period on each item page. Our warranties can be covered through the store you purchase from or our main warehouse. We have been in the bathroom business for 12 years and are Australia’s fastest growing bathrooms business. If a problem should arise we strongly believe we will be around to look after that warranty claim in the years to come.

Thanks,

I installed a stainless sink just 2 years ago and it's leaking. Investigations show it is rusted out underneath in one corner. So what's your warranty on replacement and installation?

Good Morning Wendy and thank you for your question.

Our warranty for our kitchen sinks ranges between 3-7 years (3 years for standard sinks and 7 years for premium sinks). As Highgrove Bathrooms stores are all individually owned, you will need to visit the Highgrove Bathrooms store from which you purchased the sink from originally.

Thank you,

I'm not sure if this worked previously so sorry if duplicate :

I've been warned about the quality of your products and I'm concerned as I was about to purchase 4 In wall toilet systems ( obviously quality is a major concern when putting something behind a wall!)

I wanted to check with you first before I make my mind up, some questions I was advised to ask:

What warranty do I have and service, and how long do you keep parts after warranty ends?

What happens if cistern leaks in the wall ? Will you fix my whole bathroom ?

And what components/ parts are inside ( brand ) are they gebrit?
