I went to the East Brisbane Highgrove store, where Cameron and Stewart was more than happy to answer all my questions and make suggestions for products for my bathroom renovation. Cameron also assisted me with sorting out some last minute items, and gave useful advice over the phone and on email.

Nicest and most straight forward experience I could have asked for. I was looked after by Stewart who talked me through everything I needed for my new house bathroom. Couldn't have asked for more pleasant and patient help. He provided some very helpful advice which made such a difference to my choices.

Overall a great experience with both HO and the store at Wandoo St, Fortitude Valley. Wes (HO) and Monika and her team (Wandoo St) were very responsive to requests and were very attentive to specific needs. Would definitely recommend visiting to experience for yourself.

No delay, fix price, competent service. We had no storage but it was no problem and we got our products always in time.

The product sold was misleading and of poor quality. I had to get the plumber back in at great expense to fix the problem. Also the money saved on the tap costs you more in plumbing. Their customer service was poor quality as they were not willing to even begin to concede that the product was not as advertised. It would be a simple fix and a progressive company welcomes any feedback that may save future customers any issues. This company certainly does not. Go somewhere else if you don't want endless hassles afterwards.

I recently bought taps, shower heads, kitchen sink and a range of other items from the highgrove store in East Brisbane. The service I received from Cameron was great and it was good value for money. I highly recommend the Highgrove East Brisbane store.

The team at the East Brisbane store were polite, informed and knowledgable of both the products that they stocked and the ability to mix and match as needed. Was extremely happy with their support at the time of the initial purchase as well as the delivery side of things. Stewart at the East Brisbane store provided me with a basic idea of what to purchase for my new house. He was genuine, professional and ultra friendly! I was able to look at the different types of vanities (wall hung and floor), shower screens, toilets and a show-bathroom giving me an idea on what to do with my new place.

Afterwards, he sat down with me and put everything we looked at into a nice understandable quote for reference, making it super easy!

I would rate his customer service ability, product knowledge and presentation a solid 10/10.

I saw a full page ad in local Gold coast newpaper i like the toilets in the ad so i when to Bundall to buy 3 and was told not in stock Why run an ad when you dont have stock it only makes people angry

Highgrove were highly recommended to us from a friend of ours who is a builder, so after getting multiple quotes for the materials to build an ensuite from other stores, we visited high grove bathrooms and Cameron served us. We were in and out within half an hour, with the best quote to date, and high quality materials. We will be returning for further renovations and recommending to anyone who needs bathroom supplies. Our ensuite looks beautiful and we came well in under budget. Thanks Cameron and Highgrove.
