Roger the manager and his team have helped me no end, especially when I've been under the pump on jobs and have delivered items at a moment's notice.

We obtained 1 of 3 basins approx 5 weeks ago and was told the remaining 2 would be in the following Friday. That was 5 weeks ago... I've followed up weekly to be told every excuse under the sun for not being in stock. Followed up Mile End store SA again yesterday only to be told I'd receive a call by COB with an eta of goods, needless to say that never occurred. Extremely disappointed in customer service by the manager.

I have been purchasing Frameless Shower Screens from the Team at Highgrove Underwood for the last 6+ months and have found the teams service to be extremely knowledgeable and always ready to satisfy my clients needs. The product is of excellent quality and all of my customers are always 100% satisfied with the products I purchase from Highgrove Underwood and I haven't had any product quality issues in this time. 6 months ago we renovated 2 bathrooms using a majority of Highgrove Bathroom products from the Labrador outlet. Everything was sweet until one of the shower panels shattered. I understand certain reactions can cause this event however the view was that we should just buy another panel and start again. I hope this doesn't happen again....to the existing panels or the new panel. We were advised, by the outlet, not to buy Highgrove Glass panels as they would shatter...how ironic!

I have dealt with Tim many a times in the past at Highgrove Ipswich - I always go back because of his great service!! And now that Frank has started working there, the store is doubly fantastic!! These two men are so helpful and are full of knowledge! I was in a desperate situation and needed a bath stat - Tim made this happen within a couple of days! Just amazing! I highly recommend Highgrove and I will continue to shop there for my future projects.

Running into HG at Fortitude Valley needing to order an entire bathroom within about 20 mins, Frank and the guys were more than accomodating and patient with my lack of bathroom technical terms. I could not fault them on the follow up service - changing the Caeserstone requirements, swapping sinks etc. They helped make the process less painful. Much appreciated.
