55RG (55")My TV has been nothing but trouble from the get-go. Constantly playing up, coloured lines always at the top of screen volume play up and it doesn't work on Chromecast very well with the Foxtel app takes all night to cast Never recommend

No complaints, great tv
55RG (55")Have owned my hisense 55 RG since Sept 2022. Set it up on my own and it was super easy - done in 15 minutes including gently attaching legs to the tv on my own. Crashes probably only once every 6 months and it just turns itself back on and no issue. Colour and picture are great, sound is awesome and haven't needed a sound bar. I issues with the apps crashing are the apps themselves, which isn't the fault of the tv. Only issue was that inbuilt chromecast didn't seem to work from pretty early on but haven't really needed it so doesn't feel like a big deal. I could run a refresh on it but haven't needed chrome.

55RG (55")Bought this to replace 2011 LG 3D 42"" TV. Wasn't expecting much as long as it has Android on it.
No review as this is a new 2022 series. Design has very thin bezel which I love. Shiny chrome leg which is not reversible so I have to find a wider shelve. Image quality is good to excellent. The least to say, it perform equally or better than my old LG tv. Fast motion is not an issue. Don't believe it has 4K up scaling so non 4K image don't look great such as free to air tv. ... Read moreng configuration, the image is pleasant. The white can sometime be too bright (overexposed in certain cases) that I have to turn down the brightness to around 28 - 35. Viewing angle is great with the exception some over exposed whites. PVR function disappointing. Can only record one and cannot watch at the same time. Single tuner. Audio is excellent too after changing the settings. Google voice worked well.

Hi, l have a problem in that l can turn the tv on without the power button on the tv or the power button on the remote & it starts to power up with Hisense Android written on the screen but then it will turn off & l can’t turn it back on. I’ve tried unplugging it & l can’t find a reset button on the tv.
Step 1: Throw television in bin.
Step 2: Buy new television that is not a Hisense.
Step 3: Never buy another Hisense product.

Numerous calls to Hisense service centre with same issue regarding channel loss. Good quality signal available but makes little difference to tv ability to show the chosen channel. Auto tuning will only download what is available at the time which could be one channel from a possible 66!! Melbourne location. Latest firmware had no positive outcome. Was reminded on latest call this week 27/3/23 that tv now out of 3 year warranty. I will replace this tv with a different quality tv. Unfortunately I won’t get to on sell the current tv as it would fail a preview by anyone interested.
Good luck mate haha. We just got ours back yesterday after 3+ weeks with Hisense who apparently couldn't find any issues with it. Within 10mins of getting it back, the tv turned itself off for no reason.
Will never buy another Hisense product as long as I live (nor will any of my friends who've been hearing about this nightmare for months).
Oh, and to top it off, they stole the batteries out of the remote before giving it back.
Absolute joke of a company.
Cannot access/download amazon prime on my TV. Support has told me it's not available. May be availed in a couple of months and in the meantime I should chromecast is this correct info? I've been told my tv isn't compatible by someone else?
