This is the worst mop I’ve ever owned. It’s actually the worst purchase I’ve ever made and biggest waste of money.
I’ve used it a handful of times and it just doesn’t work. My floor is absolutely soaking when I finish mopping, the waste water is almost empty meaning the dirty water is just left on the floor.
I’ve tried cleaning everything out, contacting customer support for advice. Nothing works. Every time I try to mop it’s just an awful experience. So disappointed.
Here is my review,
Pro: Packaging is top notch.
customer service is way better than expected.
Con: How often do you have to refill the water tank? 3 times
Hizero 4 in 1 mop would do less than 50 percent of normal hand mop cleaning in titles. If you have a 4 person family (including children) then you need to use this mop every day. Otherwise you need to refill multiple times and empty two tanks while running with this mop over the same area expecting to get it done. The 10X15m hall needs multiple runs of changing water tanks.
For that price of $750, you can’t even consider it. It could be at least a second mop for any family who wants to do mopping everyday with multiple run over.
Purchased in May 2021 at hizero website for $750.
I can't believe it got an award for 2021 from ieatwords.

I have had my mop for not even a month now. Within the first day of using the mop it had problems with the battery. A few weeks into using it and it is now leaking dirty water all over my floors. Not to mention for a $800 bionic mop it is terrible at moping, I am having to re mop my floors after using the hizero with my bissel steam mop. I can’t even mop my whole lounge area without having to refill the water and solution which is also ridiculous as I consider my home quite small. Absolute waste of money and I would not recommend this product to anyone. I would expect this from a Kmart mop.
Purchased in December 2020 for $800.

Purchased 6 mths ago and have had issue after issue with it from one of the motors not working (never had) to it leaking screws going rusty and not cleaning the floors properly I asked for them to replace it Less than a month of owning it but they refused they have only repaired it.
Would not recommend this as it doesn’t clean as well as the new Bissell cross wave max cordless. Works a dream in comparison will be selling my hizero as it literally is the biggest waste of money!

Read moreeir products. Good luck ever getting a replacement! Mine was faulty and they still wouldn’t replace it. This being one of the major reasons I would never deal with this company again. I have 30k followers who were so interested in my reviews of it as in the beginning I loved it now I will be telling them to stay clear and get a Bissell instead I had an issue with our brand new Dyson stick vacuum and they replaced it straight away $800 for something you spend longer cleaning than it does cleaning your floors what a joke! It doesn’t even mop the floors properly as it misses parts. Especially on tilesPurchased in February 2020 for $799.

Read morecontact. We stand behind our product 100% and provide over and above customer support 7 days a week, so i dont agree with your comments here. Of course all floor cleaning products that use water require more regular maintenance than say a plain vac that only collects dust. Your Bissell will require regular cleaning also no different to the Hizero. I'm sorry you are not satisfied and we will review the details if you would like to send them thru. regards Dino MDFind out how Hizero Bionic Hard Floor Cleaner compares to other Steam Mops & Hard Floor Cleaners

The hizero does a great job on the surface of the actual tile itself and my Mum has this machine and it works better on her floors. Unfortunately if you have grout that is lower than your tile surface it won't pick up small crumbs or dirt (see image - this was after about 10 passes and different angles). This has been a problem since day one and I have tried new rollers, but it is still the same.
I also wouldn't recommend to anyone with pets that shed a lot of hair. It doesn't cope very well at all - it just pushes the hair around and needs v...
Read moreacuuming before using the hizero + a full deep clean of the hizero (dissemble and clean all parts and filters) after it has been used - every time. It doesn't make the job quicker or easier because of this, its actually more time consuming. Please note that hizero were contacted about the grout issue (including a video of the problem) and sent me a link to a page with generic trouble shooting videos - nothing to do with grout and basically told me it won't pick up anything that the roller is not in contact with - even though I did ask them about the surface cleaning depth before purchase and was told 8mm - which is definitely not the case!) Its a shame for such an expensive appliance that this was not explained to me before purchase - in fact, incorrect information was given. I was going to give this review 2-stars because it works well for my Mum. But I feel only deserves 1-star because of the incorrect information given to me at the time of purchase and the fact that they have no interest in assisting me now. Recommendation: I would not purchase this if I had tiles or a pet that sheds frequently.Purchased in February 2020 at Hizero for $699.

Read moreweeper technology and we dont recommend the Hizero for uneven floors. As for pet owners, of course it works with pet hair, but it will require more regular maintenance, the dirtier it gets the more cleaning it will need. Every product on the market has limitations, Hizero is no different, but your valuable feedback will be passed onto head office for future product development. I have attached a video here that explains the Hizero technology. https://hizero.com.au/customer-service/hizero-videos/how-does-the-hizero-work-explaining-the-tech/ regards Dino MDAppreciate your feedback Dino. Read morehick. I wish I was given correct information from your representatives before purchasing this expensive machine (via your online messenger chat - I still have the reference). This is part of the reason of why I am so unhappy. This was a substantial purchase for me. And in regards to the pet hair - I vacuum my floors twice a day with my Dyson V8 and its still an issue for me - I would definitely call that regular maintenance. Not saying its unsuitable for all pets (its ok with our smaller dog), but definitely would not recommend the hizero for someone with a pet that sheds a lot of hair like our Labrador does & he's only inside for max 1 hour a day (unless they are happy with vacuuming beforehand, which kind of defeats the purpose).- 2 reviews

So I brought this for my mother Mother’s Day 2022...it has since stopped working.. it was taken to their distributor in Bankstown for repair but they say it’s not clean enough and it may have Covid-19 So they won’t accept it. Considering it’s a cleaning equipment, you would think it would not and should not be in a out of the box state, since I can’t do “self cleaning” on it as it doesn’t turn on...

The mop has been a complete disappointment, purchased in January 2020 this mop could not even handle a simple chilli sauce spill in the kitchen, instead spreading it across the entire kitchen, creating more of a mess than you could ever imagine. The unit is heavy and clunky to use. The self cleaning function could not clean the unit thoroughly, instead we had to run the self cleaning function over and over again to stop the mop spreading mess to cleaner areas. It doesn't work on surfaces such as a bathrooms with a slight fall, you have to go ov...

Read moreen used the Hizero to clean up the residue. The self cleaning function is only used after you have physically cleaned all the components inside the cleaning head, namely the filter and the grate behind the foam roller. Debris will build up in these areas. I'm surprised you say its heavy as it only weighs 3.9kg, and is quite easy to move around. It sounds to me like all it needs is a good full clean, please see the attached video. We look forward to helping you get the most out of your Hizero. regards Dino MD https://hizero.com.au/customer-service/hizero-videos/how-to-fully-clean-your-hizero-long-version/A sauce spill.... lets just recap - the hizero is not designed to deal with a sauce spill.
