My new chainsaw cord is to hard to pull and won't start, removing the sparkplug alows me to pull the cord all day long.

No spark plug means no compression so little effort.

How much chain lubricating oil do i add

It doesn't have to be full so just add what you think. I try to empty the oil after use as it gradually leaks otherwise.

So am i supposed to fill it up? Not sure how much chain oil. Especially if you remove the oil afterwards!

What is fuel capacity. Amount of 2 stroke oil?

Fuel ratio is 50:1. That means 20ml of 2 stroke oil per 1 litre of fuel. Use a good quality 2 stroke oil for your mix, most mower/hardware and car parts outlets will have it.
