The thing I like about the hose reel is that it retracts so easily doesn’t kink and the fitting on the end that you can turn the water off and remove any fitting you have on . Really gtreat product and good quality for the money spent

I received the 6 x hose reels and accessories in a very timely manner and as they get quite a lot of use, being that they were bought for a large school campus, they are exactly what we needed.

Ideal length with accessories gift is worth every cent. Special fittings only for this hose, just need to store them all and never should be searching for hose fittings again. Retracts and locks in with ease.

The Hoselink hose is worth every cent, it is easy to use, has given us a higher water pressure, the accessory pack that came with our hose has fittings for everything! It is perfect. We brought the 30m retractable hose, it is long enough to reach all corners of our garden with ease.

So far our retractable hose is great. It’s neat and tidy and easy to use. It was fantastic to get ride of our old hose that keep kinking and the joints kept coming off.

Everything was neatly packaged and easy to find. Initially I was concerned about the weight of the hose line, wondering if it would be too heavy to anchor to the wall. However the mounting instructions were excellent and by the time the bracket was secured it felt as if it could hold up the Titanic! Dare I confess it is my better half who does most of the garden watering. No more crinkled hose or laborious reeling in . Instead the machine does it all. Since the purchase we have noticed just how popular the brand is, seeing it on many houses. All these customers can’t be wrong! Well done, Hoselink!

I am extremely pleased with the hose reel it pulls out with no effort required and goes back in the same way. The nozel is fabulous fits in the hand comfortably.

Hose reel was delivered promptly once ordered and was packed well.
Instructions were well written and was easy to install.
I have a Holman purchased from Bunnings on the other corner of the house and they appear to be of similar quality which is good because they were a similar price.
The proprietary hoselink connections are a bit annoying.
The sprinklers I already had have to be adapted to fit now which is my fault, I should have thought about it more.
The runner which feeds the hose onto the roll has jammed a couple of times which is annoying.
With already having most of my taps with normal connections I wouldn't purchase one again.

After suffering with my old tired hose reel, I bit the the bullet and decided to lash and buy a new one, well after some research, I chose to go with the 30m hoselink, it turned out to be the best decision that I could have ever made...... strong, sturdy, reliable never tangles and never leaks... what more could you ask for in a hose reel. I have no problems with recommending the Hoselink brand. Oh and by the way, I live in rural Victoria and received my delivery within 4 days... Perfect.
