My daughter has very sensitive skin easily getting nappy rash. I have found that by using Huggies Nappies my daughter does not get nappy rash. These nappies have great absorbency and we have never experienced a leaking nappy like we have experienced with other brands of disposables. I like how I can purchase these nappies in a large box as well as smaller packs. Its good to have the option plus Huggies can be purchased from pretty much any store which is great as you never have problems finding them.
Great fit, super absorbent, keeps baby dry for hours, cute pictures.
Expensive (but worth it)

I really think that Huggies are the best disposables on the market. They seem much more absorbent than any other brand and look comfy too. I wouldn't buy them unless they were on a good special, but I can't fault their quality!
Great absorbency, soft and don't leak
Not particularly cheap

Great nappy, but a bit expensive. Readily available, and sales are frequent to make them more affordable. Nice fit and excellent absorbancy.
Great nappy -- excellent absorbancy and fit. Tabs are easy to move about on the waist without ripping.
Expensive (and as with most disposable nappies, contributes to landfill. I was disappointed cloth nappy service was not available in my regional city).

Overall these are good nappies, but don't seem to be particularly more absorbent or leak-proof than many of the cheaper brands out there. They are very soft and I have never had a problem with nappy rash. The specific designs for boys/girls seems to be a clever concept- as 'boy wees' end up at the front of the nappy, the extra absorbency there is great for catching this. I have no experience with the girl versions. These nappies lack the 'pocket' at the back which the newborn ones have- this was a handy feature to prevent poos escaping up the back of the nappy, and it is a pity this feature is not included.
Soft, good fit, nice designs, specific for boys/girls, absorbent.
Price, no 'pocket' to prevent up-the-back poo leaks...

Generally very happy with this brand and will continue to use. My baby is 6mths and 7.5kg and have started to use the toddler size of a night time to capture those night time number 3's! Make sure you collect the 3 barcodes off the large boxes and register with the website, they often have some great promotions - just received 2 vtech toys worth at least $80 for the price of the postage - less than $20.
Only very little nappy rash from these nappies. Generally a good fit. Often on sale at Woolworths - only ever buy them now from woolworths. Excellent website with great promotions.
Didn't always capture night time poo explosions, which becomes quite painful - a lot of washing including sheets!

Very happy. I don't see the point in colorful pictures, unless it is in colourful writing saying thank you mum, or dad, and if it changes colour if they are wet would be good. The tags are very good, but if you need to undo them to check if they need to be changed, they kind of rip a bit.
not too tight. doesn't leak. I like the promotions to collect 10 bar codes to get a toy that is interesting and useful.
Irritates the skin a bit, but that happens to all the brands that we have tried. One of the most expensive nappies you can get.

Won't buy them anymore they're not worth the cleaning up and inconvenience of trying to get baby back to sleep. Have been told the Aldi brand are quite good so will buy them tomorrow.
Cute picture.
Let me start by saying I have purchased boy crawler nappies which seems to have been re-designed. Last night the nappies failed 4 times. They leak at the top on the sides which leads me to believe they are not absorbent at all and as soon as I move baby on the change table for number 2s and it comes out the top at the back and therefor a complete clothes change is required as well. That's not fun in the middle of the night. And, true, the tabs have never been designed well as they are too pointy causing legs to get marked.

Not happy at all now, I really think they could do better; softer and thinner, like Pampers which I love. At least they could adjust the velcro parts as they're too wide.
They can hold quite a lot of liquid in there.
Very stiff, feels like cardboard. The baby always gets a hot bum in there. Also, if I let them a bit loose on the baby, they leak everywhere. But biggest problem of all, the velcro part always makes contact with baby's skin and gives him a rush, so I need to reshape the 2 strips with a scissors by cutting the edges. Try and do this every few days with 30 nappies.

my overall opinion is that if the price of these nappies came down then i would happily buy these all day every day but not many people can afford top dolla theses days so they have to put that into consideration, also if they checked there nappies so there were not brocken ones they would be great
these are buy far the best nappies i have found, they do not leak, the do not smell and they fit well with no irritations.
they are very over priced when not on sale, and now and then you get the dodgy nappy or two that are brocken and un usable

Unlike other brands, huggies doesn't have a problem with leaking and is a comfy fit with my baby. The downside is the cost but it is something i am willing to continue to pay as long as my baby and i are hapoy.
I never have a problem with leaking and they are a perfect fit.
The one negative thing i can say is that they are too expensive

I was rather dissappointed with this brand as it is apparently one of the best and we were given enough boxes to last usa year but I eventually gave up on them as they hold so little liquid that I would have to change my son in the middle of the night at which point I would often have to change his clothes to as he had leaked through. Sometimes they wouldn't even last an hour during the day and I 'd have to change him or he would get a rash. They hold nicelyaround the legs but it just leaks out the top once he lay down
Fits nicely around the legs
price, doesn't hold much liquid

They can be on the pricey side compared to everything else, but this usually works out to be false economy as you need to use twice as many of the cheaper brand ones over the course of a day. And you can always shop around for better deals such as the 2 box deals!! They fit really well, don't need to be changed too often which is always a plus when dealing with so many other things in the day, and last all night without leaking. Cute Pooh Bear pics that change with the size of the nappy, and I really like the contoured leg they have now. Soft feel so baby is comfortable, not like the old style that felt like paper. Easy to use grip tabs.
Everything!!!
Maybe the price...

Often try out other brands when on special. always regret it! always come back to huggies and always look forward to what cute old pooh is up to on front of nappy.
the nappies really work! even if you forget to change the nappy for a clean one (busy mother syndrome) they still cope and my little girl never complains. work excellent overnight and would not use anything else.
price, but you get what you pay for and since when was anything for baby inexpensive!

I have boys and have never had a leakage problem with Huggies nappies. I do hear than girls are a differnt story though - so please note I have boys. My bub sleeps for 10 hours at night in one of these - no leakage, no problems. I've been happy with Huggies and have never felt the need to try anything else.
They work.

I do really like these nappies as they hardly ever leak and fit really well. We never got a nappy rash with these ones. I have used Pampers nappies before (overseas) which made these look very bulky in the comparision but I still like then and will definitely use again.
Very absorbent, fit very well, don't leak and don't give my baby a rash.
They are a bit bulky compared to some other international brands and more expensive.
