I purchased my imedics chair on 13/6/11 and it has stopped working. When it worked, it was a fantastic machine. But it has broken down after less than 2 years and it is an expensive purchase. I am having trouble getting it repaired. Can you please explain your repair system for the chair? Thanks Linda.
When it works, it is a great machine.
Didn't last long and I am having trouble having it repaired. It is also extremely heavy to shift for repair.
