I live in a farm I have not reception for mobile, I am a very sick person, my land line is not working what you recommend me to do

I can only assume you have taken up a Red/IF telecom service, If that is the case, I can only recommend you completely forget that service as it will be non-existent, then contact Telstra and get a prepaid sim service, maybe even consider ALDI mobile as they use Telstra backbone as its the most reliable network with the best coverage (albeit it more expensive) though as far as RED are concerned, do not remotely expect them to help or even get back to you..once they have your money, you will never hear from them again. The smart move is to get a new phone if your RED/IF supplied phone is locked to their service (an unlocked Samsung A20 is a good choice both for performance and cost) and get a Telstra sim prepaid service to give you the best chance at decent reception. I hope that helps.

I have been approach by a non-Australian speaking very fast offering a service to good to be true, how do I stop them from proceeding to take over from Telstra?

WORST SERVICE EVER! waited 36 mins on my mobile to be told sorry our systems are down ring tommorrow! DO NOT USE THEM! I signed a contact for a set fee but bill changes all the time, they claim I make 1300 calls when I use my mobile for long distance and 1300 numbers.FIGO TELECOM

Iftelecom has been down for last 2 days I rang a techinal support person on Friday and he refused to understand that I had been with them since 2014 upgraded me signed me for a further 2 years and I have had no service since> My phone carrier has charged me $75 and suspended my account and I find its because my time on the phone to iftelecom trying to rectify my problem. Still not resolved as of 4pm today
