I will never buy from ILVE/Eurolinx
IV602BIMOur new home come with all ILVE products. The Microwave was repaired multiple times and replaced only to become faulty again. Same experience with the dishwasher. We also had issues with the oven and stove. Eurolinx is the distributor in Australia. They promise to call you back throughout the process and when I dare called 3 days after the day I was told I would receive a call......I was spoken to like I was trash. Poor quality product, poor service, poor process. I thought ILVE was a premium/quality brand but I can assure you it wasn't in my experience.

IV602BIMThis microwave was part of the appliances with a new home build. It stopped working after 3 months and somebody came out to service it under warranty. Another month late and it has failed again.
Dealing with Eurolinx for service is a painful experience. Using their website to report anything doesn't work. Trying to call them is difficult as often nobody answers and the call times out. When someone does answer it's the standard response of I'll follow-up and get back to you.
Buy this microwave and you may be lucky. If you're not then it will also be a challenge getting it repaired.

Micro has stopped working in under 6 months from purchase
IV602BIMThe Ilve IV602BIM microwave has stopped working in under 6 months from installation in our new kitchen. There is no lights or signs of power, yet when you open the door the plate is spinning and the light is on??
I have no idea what is going on and am quite disappointed given it is brand new and meant to be a high quality item. Has anyone had the same experience, Ilve is you are reading this review please contact me and let me know what is going on!! Not happy at all.

Easily the worst microwave I have ever used/owned
IV602BIMThis built-in microwave came with our apartment brand new and does present nicely in the kitchen. However it takes a lot longer to heat up food than any other microwave I've used before, and heats food very unevenly. We always have to add an additional 30secs to 2mins when heating up food depending on what it is. It also requires you to take the food out to mix the food every minute or two so that it heats through evenly. Definitely not worth the relatively expensive price. I am just thankful our microwave still works after 2.5 years of use. Many other residents in our building have complained about their microwaves failing and/or giving off burning smells etc. Feels like a very poor quality product with a European name (but made in China). In saying that, you can still find better products made in China compared to this one. Seems down on power
IV602BIMSeems low on power. Our 20 y.o 600 watt microwave would boil a cup of tap water in around 2.20 min., our 10 weeks old Ilvie 600 watt oven takes much longer, around 2.45 minutes, which is strange.

IV602BIMThis Ilve microwave came with the new house we built, supplied by builder. We did have some problems with it sonI posted my concerns here. I have now edited those concerns out to be replaced with the highest praise that I can give in terms of the company’s response. I posted in the evening and received a reply at 9.00 a.m. The issue was very quickly resolved with the immediate offer of a replacement microwave. I am also grateful to Product Review itself for providing the forum in which to turn a disgruntled consumer into a big fan of the Ilve company. IV602BIMI originally purchased what I thought was a good quality Italian appliance in 2017. The microwave stopped working less than 2 years after purchase. The original item was replaced and the new one has now completely stopped heating 2 years later. I've been chasing Ilve for over 3 weeks with emails, sending invoices and completing service forms to be told it is out of warranty and they are unable to assist. I do not know how Ilve can sell what they call premium products that last for only 2 years. I'm extremely disappointed with the quality of the appliance and just as disappointed with the run around I've experienced from Ilve.

Microwave, Dishwasher, rangewoods etc.. complete package as part of a MOJO Homes package - I have lot of issues with most of the ILVE products, just to give background firstly my microwave stopped working with in few months luckly it was under warranty it got replaced, now again new one doesn't heat properly.

Next come dishwasher, This is one of the worst dishwasher from ILVE, it doesn't clean properly at all. Tried all the different option provided in the manually and it doesn't wash properly at all. So I strongly advise people don't buys the ILVE products, All the products are worst in my personal experience and customer service also bad.Perfect replacement
IV602BIMThis is a replacement for a kitchen which required a surround, so matching the space was essential. The oven fitted perfectly and connection of course was a easy. The operation is simple, with all features easily accessible, and dials push in, avoiding accidental damage. A good feature is that the clock turns off, saving burn in and probably slight power saving. The additional features of grill are useful and the food seems to cook evenly. The inbuilt menus are also a good feature (when you remember to use them). Overall happy with the purchase and it looks good in the kitchen.

Great unit to have as a small oven
IV602BIMGreat microwave/ oven unit. Easy to use and very easy to clean. Only thing is when the globe needs replacing the whole unit needs to be apart to get access to it.
Many different functions to chose from. easy to clean with the removable glass tray inside the unit.
can get finger prints very easy on the outside of the unit. a lot of cleaning with a young child in the house.

IV602BIMOur new microwave looks great and works well. One of the best features is that it’s streamline and has a faceplate so there’s no need to clean around the microwave. The dials press in to leave a flush look when not in use. A great feature is when u finish using the microwave it turns itself off. it seems to cook well for the amount of times we have used it so far

It works perfectly and is very easy to use.
The price was also very appealing, as we bought it during a sale.
It took a while to get used to all the functions but the instructions are pretty clear

The lights were not working and sometimes it won't spin
IV602BIMI got this microwave which was included when I purchased my property. It's quite useful to use and the looks of it suits my kitchen and the food cooked was hot as expected however the lights stopped working after just one year and it also it sometimes spins sometimes doesn't.

IV602BIM6months old, has never heated food when and has now stopped working.
Normal meals that would take 8 min to reheat, now take 9 1/2 and still the food is sometimes frozen. Not impressed at all considering it’s meant to be a high quality microwave. Any tips or contacts for customer support team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

IV602BIMI chose this microwave because I liked the way it can be built in flush with my new kitchen cupboards. It was a bit tricky to install but once we worked it out it looks great. I have had it for three months and use it quite often I have had to adjust cooking times as it cooks differently to my old microwave. It has a grill element at the top great for melting cheese

I bought this expensive ILVE BIM602 microwave in 2017 and have been putting up with its rather poor heating function (compared to all my previous cheaper microwave ovens) all this time.
A few months ago the Start button misaligned/ clip came off on one side so half the button ended up pushed in to the cavity. We could still start the microwave by touching the button gently. Unfortunately now the button has now given way more and will not start the microwave at all. It is disappointing to find this problem in a button! Never in 40 years of using different brands eg LG, Panasonic etc have we ever had a problem with buttons!
