Only 1 star because can’t give zero
I’ve used this service previously and then yesterday when trying to get the same prescription as before they try tonpush you down the path of a telehealth appointment and spending more $$$. Never again.
This is an appalling service owned by Wesfarmers which is only interested in extracting cash.

Civid Anti Virals
Got off a cruise ship not feeling well. When I got home I tested positive on a RAT test. I am now over 70 and eligible for an anti viral script. Was a Saturday and my regular GP was closed. All other GPs that were open in my area would not do a telehealth unless I was a current patient. Tried several government help lines - all useless. My daughter had used InstantScripts so I decided to try them. Initially had a problem with registration but that was sorted on their chat service. The process of getting the anti viral script took less than 20 minutes. Happy

Terrible service, and a waste of time
I requested a telehealth appointment and listed the reason for the appointment was to discuss using Finasteride for male pattern hair loss.
I waited by the phone for the appointment for approximately 2 hours, only to receive an email stating I had missed the call, and to register to be called back. My phone never rang, nor did it have any missed calls in the call log.

Finasteride costs $19 a month in comparison and is the most widely and most researched medication for hair loss. They are only interested in making money from you, zero customer service or care.
They NEVER CALLED
My mum is really sick. She needs COVID anti viral but because she has a non standard condition. I couldn't tick the right boxes so it TOLD ME to book a general appointment which I did and ifor the following 5 HOURS it showed on the screen that they would call but they never did and when I finally gave up and complained they let me know they DECIDED NOT TO CALL and cancelld the call VIA EMAIL. WORST EXPERIENCE WHEN SOMEONE IS VERY VERY SICK. We were holding the phone standing by but there was no text to say they were not going to call. We had the screen up showing the green confirmation and a count down, which we were monitoring and it never said they had DECIDED NOT TO CALL. Do not recommend. Would never use again.

Hi, I do not have medicare? is this 100% necessary? I need a prescription renewed.
Hi Killian, All requests on our site require an IHI (Individual Health Identifier). Generally, if you have a Medicare card number then you will have an IHI, but you could have an IHI without a Medicare card.
If you do not have a valid Medicare card, you may obtain an Individual Health Identifier (IHI) via Individual Healthcare Identifiers – Services Australia - https://www.servicesaustralia.gov.au/individual-healthcare-identifiers
