Frustrating experience - beware false product descriptions
I had a frustrating experience overall. I bought a textbook from Jekkle based on the product description, which claimed that the book gave access to online learning materials. This was the key factor for me buying the textbook as I find online resources invaluable.
When the book arrived, I discovered that the online learning component of the textbook was a private subscription service that not only cost more but was only available to people studying at institutions that offered it. No use to me!

ith them, they offered a full refund, but then had the nerve to charge me for return shipping. As the return was only necessary due to their own false advertising, I thought that to be very inappropriate. Overall, I think they are probably a pretty decent retailer, but don't accept their product descriptions on face value. Perhaps only buy books that you are already familiar with.Similar opinion? Neglectful company. Zero support.
Needed to return my textbook, so I went through necessary steps to do so. They have my book but have no refunded me! They also don't return any of my calls or emails.

Let down by Jekkle. I followed up on an order I placed only to be told it is not in stock. It was iin stock when I placed the order. Nothing from Jekkle about this. Previously I have been contacted if a book is unavailable.

Disappointed
Not the best experience and I think they should change that 14 day delivery guarantee. Ordered text book 20th Feb, followed up 6th March as textbook was required by 8th of March. I was told text book will be express posted and delivered by 7th March, still haven't received and I'm extremely disappointed
