Our house is 2 storey with 4 bedrooms on the upper level and 2 self contained granny flats below.In other words a large area to service.We knew there was a possum living in between the 2 levels so we arranged for Jason to come, catch the possum, fumigate for cockroaches, ants etc and set up a system to bait and kill mice and rats as we live in a Bush setting.The service was fantastic,Jason communicated with us regarding the procedures explained the follow ups and best of all .......caught our possum which was cute but very noisy.
Jason was polite,friendly,knowledgeable and punctual.Honest about prices.We would really recommend using him and he’ll be our man to call.

Daniel explained everything, and was happy to answer questions. The service provided was competitively priced, provided a detailed report, and I feel confident with continuing to use this service annually.

Had correct tools: two storey house.
Excellent service, understood concerns regarding allergic reactions from wasp (paper) bites.

Jaison was very professional, presented well, and informative about trapping the possum/s in our roof.
Two possums caught within an hour of the trap being installed, so a return visit within an hour to re locate the possums was made.
In all 6 possums were captured, and re located. The entry holes were covered in the roof, and the tile on the corner of the roof was repaired and sealed to keep the possums from entering again.
Up front about the cost and the whole process was well done.

Very friendly, very efficient and explained everything in good detail, would highly recommend,he went all around the property to check for more nest, advised our neighbors to close their windows whilst he sprayed the building and stayed until everything was checked again, we would definitely use them again.
