I sent a general enquiry via email and Brenton got back to me within half hour. He very friendly and provided quick service. He was able to confirm what was in my roof and set some baits. My house has been so quiet now thanks to Brenton!

I had my house sprayed and baited for cockroaches and the outside of my house sprayed for creepy crawlies. Eric was very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. Results so far are very good and Eric didn’t miss a beat focusing on certain areas. I have put a reminder in my calendar to book him again next year!

Shaun from adelaide was fantastic with the service provided. I submitted a request via the website on a sunday night and was pleasantly surprised to get such a quick response. Shaun organised to come the very next day and kept me up to date while working. Shaun attended a week later to check on everything and advised to ring him if any further issues. I had 30+ wasps around a bush. Worried about my dog I called Jim’s (Adelaide). Shayne called me within 5 mins of initial phone call. Two hours later he arrived and removed wasps. Fantastic service, prompt, friendly, professional. I can’t thank him enough. It was no problem for him to come out and see wat he can do for me. Another company (not to be named) told me if I can’t see a hive (I thought they were bees to start with) then they can’t do anything. Thank you Shayne my hero

Shayne was very prompt in contacting me after I sent an inquiry online and ran me through the options (to remove some pesky blackbirds nesting in my roof). He came and proofed the house the next week and did a very thorough job for a fantastic price.

Shayne came on time and despite the temperature being 40 degrees put on his suit and sprayed my garden and removed the wasps nest. Couldn't have been better

Shayne called me to book an appointment within about 15 min of me calling Jims Pest control.
He was prompt, polite and very thorough in dealing with the pest problem.
