Bought a ring online. The quality was good and at a reasonable price.The customer support was helpful and responsive. Had no issues. The only concerning thing was the shipping, where the courier they use (Toll priority), left the package outside the doorstep without receiving a signature.

I first visited Yogesh Jogia at his home in Cottesloe in 1975. He made my engagement,wedding and eternity ring plus diamond earrings. I have returned many times over the ensuing years with friends and family to have more items made. I now deal with his son Nic and he has since made my daughter in laws rings and sourced a beautiful pink argyle diamond for me. Do not have any doubts about this family run business they will do their best for you.

I sourced a diamond through Jogia and also had an engagement and wedding band made. Their service, advice and quality of product really is fantastic. Being in Brisbane did not cause any issues. They sourced and advised upon a great diamond and the ring designs I supplied they made exactly how I wanted, quite impressive given it was all done via email and phone. Postage to Brisbane was by Toll priority which has great tracking capabilities and was overnight Perth to Brisbane. Highly recommend, great product, great service and competitive pricing. Thanks.

Bought an engagement ring from Jogia. Amazing diamond and even more amazing was the price!! Got quoted by the local retailers between 14-18k for the diamond which I paid 9k for through Jogia. As long as you do your research about the variables, you should be ok with making your purchase online. I also spoke to Jogia directly on a few occasions and he guided me through the whole process. I am in Melbourne and bought the diamond without seeing it in, person. It was a bit nerve-racking but after my experience with Jogia, It will be my first and last stop for any diamond purchases in the future.

Have dealt with them twice in the last 10 years. First was a diamond about 1.5 carats the second was 2 rings about 1.0 carat single diamond and 1.2 carats (9 small diamonds). Reliable, reasonable price, good service and advice. Have recommended to friends and family and will certainly buy again.

Ordered a ring from these guys and couldn't be happier. Conducted the whole transaction over email and they were very prompt and courteous. I was pleased with their diamond analysis. Although the website looks a bit ghetto it is functionally excellent - I was able to follow the progress of my order, view a detailed analysis of my diamond and make payment. Other retailers in Australia could learn a thing or two from these guys about online shopping.
Things moved slightly slow at times but in the end they met the deadline - Can't ask for more than that.
Quality of the ring was very good too. Their quality control process for diamonds is excellent too.

I decided to try purchasing a diamond online, then have it set buy my jeweler. After doing a considerable amount of research I contacted Jogia diamonds to confirm a couple of things. I wanted to ensure that the diamond I purchased through them would come with a certificate from an Australian laboratory, as recommended by Jogia on their website (jogiadiamonds.com.au/diamond_education/buying_diamonds_safely_over_the_internet/). The representative I spoke to became aggressive, telling me not to ask questions like this, and saying that I should contact my lawyer instead of asking him. unbelievably rude service, I would never do business with this company.

Cannot say a bad thing about my experience with Jogia. I was hesitant about spending such a large sum of money on the internet however Jogia compared favourably with prices and customer feedback. I will be recommending them to all of my friends

We bought our wedding bands and engagement ring from Jogia Diamonds. I did quite extensive research before deciding on Jogia. The main reason was their great pricing and Perth location. That meant I could get similar prices to buying online with the convenience of a local store.
I found their service to be efficient and their knowledge about diamonds second to none.
I've recommended to friends who have also bought there.
