Very hard to construct
We had severe difficulty putting this one together. Could not find the screws as directed in the diagram. This meant that we couldn't even use it properly because we couldn't keep the doors attached. It also felt un-sturdy, like it could come apart at any moment. Would not recommend to buy.

Where are the screws??
Did anyone have trouble locating the screws for this bbq or has ours just not come with them? Is there a specific place where you found them? SOS
We bought this bbq for Christmas and was just about to assemble it but can not locate the screws. Would appreciate anyone’s help

The sticker is not an issue if you're not a spastic
Yes... Putting a sticker on the hood of every unit was a supremely stupid idea...
However, if these people spent less time complaining and more time firing neurons they may realise it's not a big deal.
After peeling the sticker coat the residue in oven cleaner and scrub with a soft scourer. It will take you less than 10 minutes to deal with.
You just bought a sub $400 4+ burner BBQ that will last years. Congratulations.

Sticker gunk
Why do you put a stupid advertising sticker on the hood of the bbq. It peels off fine, but leaves the glue residue which won't come off. Any suggestions Jumbuck or do all the guys in your office sit back and laugh at all the complaints? Lift your game and suggest a solution
Later addition .....
After 1 1/2 hours of work .... use white vinegar ... let it soak in and rub very hard with rough cloth, Comes off slowly and it's hard work but it did come off

Sticky problem
Same problem as others had...simple to assemble BUT trying to remove that sticker is a nightmare. Advertising inside the box? What were you thinking!!! And that glue...don't superglue the sticker to the BBQ hood so the sticker won't peel off. That is just stupid. Pity really because for the money it's a great buy...it's just going to take hours of frustrating labour before I can fire it up.

Cooks great, looks smart
Super happy with this bbq from Bunnings. I bought the gunmetal/stainless model which imo looks better than the pricier full stainless steel version. Clear step by step assembly instructions, finished with provided tools in 1 hour. It has the aluminium type burners which look flimsy compared to the cast iron burners in pricier brands. However, research reveals no problems with these and they provide good heat output. Beware the box weight of +40kg due to heavy base plate for stability, yet it conveniently fitted in my hatchback.

Why did you put a big sticker on the front
Took me one hour to put my BBQ together. Spent two hours trying to get the large sticker off the front of the hood. Top layer peeled off and was left with a tacky glue that I've tried eucalyptus oil, nail polish remover, turps, detergent and hard scrubbing to remove . still have bits now spread over other areas where I've tried to wipe it. Not happy.

Initial happy experience is totally ruined by a useless advertising sticker
After a relatively simple assembly (1hr) of a well constructed BBQ I was faced with the STICKER from HELL. 40 minutes to peel tiny bits off and then follows a remaining wretched bottom paper layer. Then I was left with half the hood covered in this horrible glue. I tried Goo Remover, All purpose thinners, Premium thinners, Enamel thinners, Metho, Mineral Turps, and finally just used petrol which eventually kind of worked. It took another two and a half hours to get the crap off and I used a bag of rags. Seriously its a joke - leave the advertising off - only the buyer sees it after they unpack the unit at home. Worst marketing strategy of the year.

Budget BBQ
We bought it from bunnings warehouse in 2014. It is a cheap but reliable BBQ burner. Not as nice cooking results in comparision to WeberQ brand . But price wise for the quality is top notch . Can not complaint! would recommended for ease of use and easy to clean .

Really good for the price.
This isnt one of the expensive brands, but its been performing alot better than other cheap BBQs ive bought. Cooks everything really well. Solid unit. Didnt take long to put together, about 20-30mins. Burners are really good, which Ive found in the past is the issue with cheaper units. thanks

Big BBQ for a small price tag!!
Great five burner bbq! Materials seem to be light weight but works well. I don't expect this barbeque to last for a long, long time but I don't think the price demands that it does. Overall I think it is great value. P.S. My sticker peeled off in one piece without any problems. Trick is not to rip it off to fast. Be patient and it will come away just fine.

Shiny and rusty
Hi everyone,
Want a rusting barbecue ? just buy a Jumbuck 4 burner polished steel frame like mine .....from Bunnings Nowra.
Mine is 3 years old, stored in garage and used 3times yet rusting all over with handles peeling off .
The screws provided must have been made of mild steel for they started rusting right away.
My complaint to Bunnings got nowhere

Serviceable BBQ that does the job.
For the price its a pretty big bbq that does the job for a family or party so all in all it does the job.
Hotplate was a bit stuffed as the cast iron had a couple or large lumps in it that makes cleaning a bit difficult.
Feel that the flame-tamers could be designed a bit better as it seems to flare up and fat fires are way more common than they should be.
Other than that its a serviceable BBQ.

Stupid sticker
Why O why do they put tha massive sticker on the hood.
How annoying it's a pain trying to get the sticker off!!!!!
And they tell you no stickers allowed on the hood and the idiots put a sticker on.
Who at jumbuck decided it was a good idea to put a sticker that covers half the hood.
They should try and get it off themselves.

Good BBQ - sticker a damn nuisance
Great BBQ for the price. Time consuming to assemble but easy enough. Left side wing shelf is not overly sturdy so a bit disappointed in that. THE MOST ANNOYING is that large paper sticker across the front of the hood. What were they thinking. It took longer to remove it than assembling it. Ended up using a combination of Metho/Eucalyptus and baby oil and hell of a lot of patience. That sticker needs to be changed!!!
Apart from that looking forward to enjoying it over the summer.

Great Product Bad Taste!!!
Let me start by stating that I buy a new BBQ every couple of years. I went into Bunnings and found exactly what I was looking for. Great Barbie at a good price. Assembly was time consuming but simple. Unfortunately my joy at completing the assembly was short lived. Marketing really need to rethink the stickers. Removing the stickers [before use as recommended] is taking longer than the assembly and scratching the lid. The paper based stickers that take up the whole front of the lid come off in small pieces. For a few cents extra use the plastic stickers and you'd have more happy customers.

We use it everyday, it's great!
We love this stylish easy to use and maintain BBQ. It is sturdy yet light enough to move around, being on wheels is an extra bonus. The double doors make changing gas bottles easy too. We use the grill plate to cook breakfast & dinner daily, including veggies, eggs and all types of meats including fish, pork and chicken. We've also cooked pizza, pancakes and bread under the hood. The side burner has been used to boil large amounts of water quickly to cook prawns, our wok also sits on the burner ring nicely. We are extremely happy with our Jumbuck and highly recommend to others.

Can I remove the wok to make it fit into a confined space

The gas inlet makes if a tad dangerous if you were to disconnect that so that it’d fit somewhere. You can easily remove the platform on the other side (without a burner on it), but in NO WAY could you safely disassemble the side with the wok burner. You’d need to be a licensed plumber.
Thanks
