My boy loves it
We only have a small backyard but this trampoline fits into a small rectangular space and it looks great. The retro style frame is really stable. We can't keep our 9 year old boy off this trampoline, he just loves it. Even fun for parents!
Purchased for $500.00.

Poor customer service
I purchased a trampoline in November 2017 as a Xmas present. The transport company delivered an OPENED package over 2 days, leaving the homeowner to drag the 32kg package inside. As one package was opened in transit, we then had to fully open this Xmas present & check the contents before trying to fit back in original packaging. We gave up & assembled the trampoline in November, no surprise for the kids for Xmas. After paying $145 for freight I asked for a $50 refund on delivery costs to compensate for the inconvenience. dvised they would chase it up with their transport company & let me know. When I asked for the outcome (6 weeks later after hearing nothing further from them) JumpStar advised me it is not their problem if I have I have an issue with their freight company; I should take it up direct with their contractor. I paid Jumpstar for delivery & JumpStar organised the delivery, yet they expect me to contact their contractor to sort. Totally unprofessional. Jumpstar then offered a $50 in store credit (not useful as after buying a new trampoline I shouldn't need to buy anything else from them, or was it a token gesture & they hoping I will forget about it ) then rescinded this offer when I advised that I wasn't impressed & would post a review accordingly. They have been very rude & abrupt accusing me of being a serial whinger. I do enjoy good customer service & usually do not have any problems when purchasing goods. However in this instance I believe their customer service to be severely lacking.2 comments

Unfortunately the courier damaged a carton in transit for this customer's delivery. We took great care to check with the customer over several phone calls, that all contents of the trampoline were rec... Read more
eived and in perfect condition. However the customer was more upset that the trampoline was delivered to the front of the address and not carried to the back yard. This is normal with all deliveries in Australia. Couriers are enlisted to deliver the items, not carry them around the yard for the receiver. After establishing that all parts were received in good condition, we then had many more emails and phone calls from this customer, verging on harassment, & we were issued with an implied threat that if we did not refund an amount in cash to her, she would leave distasteful reviews online about Jump Star.
Wrong. They were not asked to carry the delivery to the back yard, merely put into garage beside front door. It is a bit ridiculous to expect a young woman to move a parcel onto their property off the... Read more
street. As mentioned this trampoline had to be set up before Xmas to check that all parts were there. Not a good Xmas surprise. I was offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience but as I was not planning on buying anything else from these people, I felt it was a token gesture, effectively giving me nothing. We purchased 2 x Jump Star Rectangular 7x10 ft tramp in 2016, one for ourselves and another for my niece and nephew. Kids love them but our youngest is a thrill seeker and we are now regretting not purchasing the enclosure with it.
Is the enclosure something that can be added to our existing frame? As I have only been able to see foam and net replacements am thinking it may be part of the actual frame setup, but would like to confirm my assumption and also any potential workarounds.
Thanks heaps for any information you can give me on this.
