Solid set up that will last.
Purchased the 14x9 trampoline about 6 years ago, kids have used it rain hail or shine almost every day since.
After about 3-4 years we replaced the mat/pad/net only due to the sun and not from any product fault.
the springs and frame still in good condition and very solid build.
Just again replaced the pads only today, Trampoline has paid for itself 10x over.

Excellent service
Purchased for my grand daughter now 12 and needs a larger tramp to do her tricks. She uses it every day. We chose the larger stable tramp as she gets older and this helps her exercise. Stabilisers will assist especially in winter when the rains soften the lawn.

Easy to buy and install replacement spring cover for our trampoline. Parts purchased in store and placed in my car for transfer. No waiting and friendly staff. Purchased this trampoline for my kids for Christmas back in NOV only to find that the net had a hole in it and a few of the springs where faulty, no extras are supplied so this meant that we had half a trampoline as the mat could not be put on the trampoline! ustrated from waiting and having an incomplete 700 dollar trampoline in the back yard, i contacted them for a refund! only to receive a rude response by email stating> that We have sent out a brand new net to you, even though the hole which was in it did not look like a stitching flaw or manufacturing defect, rather it looked as though something had been pushed through your net while assembling the trampoline. However as we are a family owned small business we like to keep our customers happy and resolve things for them, particularly at a special time of the year like Christmas. We covered the cost of the new net + shipping and it has been delivered to you. I apologise that your springs did not arrive, however it is definitely on the way. Regarding a refund, we don't refund trampolines once they have been used. If the trampoline was new in the carton, we could do that for you if you returned the boxes to our WA warehouse. The trampoline could not be used so is new! But because we took it out of the box to construct for our kids christmas morning they refuse to refund us and then expect us to ship it back when its faulty we opened it to find half of it broken and missing but yet they still cant at least give us half our money back! Its Feb 06th 2018 I have been dealing with them since December 2017 and its still not resolved! I just wasted 700 dollars on crap! Go to kmart at least they put there customers first!1 comment

When we were notified that she didn't receive it, we immediately posted another one. Worst customer service ever
Trampoline arrived and 4 pieces of the frame were smooshed so that it was impossible to connect. Called company after sending pictures of the pieces and they said they would “express out” pieces that day. Over a week later only half of the replacement pieces were sent. Rang to see where the other pieces were and was told they had no idea “because the guy in charge of replacement pieces has gone on holiday to Bali.” I was told he might get back to me in a week. A year on and we’re still super impressed

Finalised the payment on a Jump star Trampoline. It was quickly sent here to NSW from WA in 3 days.We set it up today for an early Xmas present and it was unbelievably easy to put together. It was Screwdriver free, all connect and click. My child was surprisingly impressed with how bouncy the trampoline was. So all around, we are very happy customers and extremely impressed jumpers.

Came in this morning and picked up a replacement mat, basketball hoop and some spare springs. Got home and realised I was given the wrong mat by the salesperson, easy human error - neither of us checked before leaving.

and the correct mat to make up for the inconvenience and rudeness I was given. I returned the mat this morning hoping to be given the correct mat that I had asked for and paid for. At no time was I abusive or demanding anything. I was given the option of either keeping the incorrect mat or receiving a refund, you refused to supply the correct mat so I received the refund.
