We just purchased the 8ft round trampoline for our 3 children aged 3 6 and 8 for Xmas. They are going to be so excited when they see this in the back yard. Very sterdy and safe trampoline with very good quality padding and netting. Awesome customer service very happy will definatly be recommending to family and friends.

My experience dealing with Jump Star staff now and in the past has been great their product has been everything that was expected and always prompt.
We will be getting many years of joy from this Trampoline and will be glad to be able to go on it with our daughter, who is 8. The sprinkler system that they have gifted will be a great addition in the summer keeping everyone playing on it cool. thanks again everyone

I purchased a new mat, net, and padding online to refurbish our much loved 10ft tramp. The guides online ensured I ordered the right products, which arrived promptly and exactly as I ordered them, together with a bonus water spray system!!! My kids and I quickly fitted the new gear and as Melbourne's weather turned warm, they've spent the weekend jumping in cool spray comfort.
Just a great purchasing experience and it's great when a company recognises that the little extra gift can really enhance the experience for the kids.

My toddler received this for her second birthday last week and it has provided hours of entertainment so far! Easy enough to put together and feels sturdy yet able to be shifted so the grass doesn't die! Certainly helps to develop the motor skills at this age. Absolutely love it.

Me and the kids love the trampoline, it gets used most days- such a great investment. We have recommended it to our friends too they also love theirs! We bought ours 3 years ago and although the netting has been torn by the kids we have got a replacement for only $50 so happy days!

We purchased a 10ft Jumpstar trampoline online for our son's birthday over a year ago. All three of our children love it and use it daily. Even the neighbour's kids join in with the fun. Delivery was quick and set up was fairly easy as the instructions were detailed. The trampoline is structurally sound and has survived all sorts of weather. We highly recommend Jumpstar trampolines.

We bought the 10ft Trampoline with Enclosure for our boys upcoming birthday’s. It’s came with a free water mist kit which the the boys were especially excited about. The girls at Jumpstar were absolutely awesome and very helpful. Knowing that we can easily purchase accessories and parts from here is reassuring that we bought a quality trampoline.

This product has been so much fun for our family. Its been out in our yard for years and is still going strong. We found it easy to assemble with very little maintenance. After 4 years the only replacement we have had to make is to the net. The mat and frame are all still perfect. We love the security the safety net provides for the the little ones, without being in the way of the older kids. This trampoline is going to be around for many more years of fun and entertainment. Highly recommend to anyone look for a Good quality Trampoline.

Great value trampoline, the kids love it and use it many times daily. Solid construction and easy to set up. This 10ft size fits nicely in our yard and looks great, but feels similar to the 12ft size in other brands when on the trampoline because the net is on the outside and the design is streamlined and simple. Friendly and easy company to deal with. Definitely recommend this trampoline over similarly priced department store brands and over more expensive brands.

They have been fantastic with there after sale support. I had a problem with the springs on my Trampoline. After a few emails they are sending out replacement springs at no cost.
The colour is brilliant, it was extremely easy to put together (2 guys, half an hour).
I would recommend them to anyone 5 Stars!

We went with the 10ft round with enclosure, great for our little ones as well as some bigger kids too! Bought a 10ft with enclosure from these guys in august and have nothing but praise! The jump mat and especially the enclosure are such a step up from the cheap rubbish i had from 1 of the big stores for not much more money! V.easy to erect with quality fittings.

Purchased a 10ft enclosed trampoline to replace a second hand older tramp we had (certainly not a Jump Star model!). From the step ladder, qualify stitching of the enclosure, secure entry zip and safety lock all the way to the mattress itself you can see and feel the build quality. Putting it together from flat pack was surprisingly easy and the instructions are spot on. Ordering was easy and the service at pick up was exceptional. I would not hesitate to recommend these trampolines... happy bouncing!

We just purchased this for our little 2 year old girl. So happy we found Jump Star . The staff were very friendly and helpful . No pushy sales and lots of trampolines to try out before you buy. Great product, would defenantly recommend this brand to anyone with young or older children .
