I have had my trampoline for nearly a year now and would like to get the Projam. How difficult is it to install now the trampoline is assembled?

Not hard at all! You'll get a new Instruction Manual for the Projam Accessory also. You will need to take a Net Pole down and swap the Sleeve that covers the foam, and then the Projam attaches by plugging into the top of the Net Pole, there's a Sleeve Pocket with a Pre-made area for that to go on to. I hope that makes sense! The instructions are much clearly, fortunately!

As the support guys have said, it's very easy to install and really no different to having done it on day one, just swap the sleeve over. The only thing to note is that with the ProJam in place the roof (if you have one) doesn't appear to go on. Our roof is still sitting in the box unused because we have the ProJam and I'm not sure if it will ever go on since the kids love playing with balls and the water attachments on there.

Does this have a zip entry door only?

That's correct! We used a high quality zip which is included in the Net Warranty. When shut, the zipper handle is at the bottom of the Netting Enclosure. I do hope that helps!

Hi, I just found out that I put the wrong side of the jumping mat on tge trampoline( which means the side with the tag and print logo is facing down now), does it matter? Thanks.

Vivian,
I’d definitely recommend calling or emailing Jumpflex directly for technical queries like this.
I would say that the way the springs are fitted with the stitching supposed to be on the underside, it may be better to have it installed the correct side up.
It’ll obviously be a pain to take apart and refit, but better to be safe than sorry, and it’ll look better!
Hope this helps.

I am thinking to purchase but hesitated on the size. We have two kids and sometimes we have friends over. Do you think we should buy 10 or 12 ft?

If u have enough room to get a 12ft then grab it aa the price isnt that much different. I got a 10ft cos i was limited with backyard space and its perfect for up to 4 kids

Ali is right, I'd say! The 12ft is great value if you have the extra yard space, but you'd find you'll have enough room for all the kids with either size. If you got the 12ft however, both parents could go on with the kids too!

Thanks all for your suggestion! We will go for 12!

will a 12ft trampoline be big enough for my 10 year old and friends? We recently had a 16ft tramp but couldn't move it to mow unless we had 4 strong adults? Would like to get a smaller one but also want something big enough for them

We have 14 ft and need 2 but one strong person could easily drag away enough to mow.

The 12ft should be just large enough, the 14ft is rather sturdy however, so you can drag it across the yard in a pinch.

The weave of the safety net looks a lot wider than other safe trampolines on the market. What is the size of the weave? Is there any risk of little fingers, toes, buttons or jewellery getting caught?

Yes it is a wide net. The kids holds onto it and their fingers fit easily through the holes. I guess things could get caught on it though we haven't had that issue.

The weave does catch buttons and the occasional toe. We don't let our little one wear any button t-shirts as these do catch. Mostly because the net is just an extension of the tramp. For adults, its never a problem.

Based on user feedback, the whole Jumpflex range now features a smaller netting weave than previously used, to prevent any tangling causes. Hope that helps.
