Pleased but there are flaws!
Like everything takes a bit of getting used to. My first attempt I only used 1 cup of water - you then have to wait for at least 1/2 hour for it to cool down so you can open the lid to refill - MOST ANNOYING - I have now put in 2 cups & a bit of water and I can now clean my kitchen floor, appliances, bathroom floor & shower & appliances before it runs out. It does a very good job & I am pleased with the attachments. My biggest gripe is the amount of time it takes to cool down so you can refill - I just want to get all my cleaning over & done...
Read more with & not have to wait another 1/2 hour just to refill it. The other gripe is the ON switch has to be continually depressed - I had a Shark before this one (it was the best!) and you just switched it on - I have a bit of rheumatism in my hands and I find this is a bit awkward at times. Would I buy it again YES and do I recommend it YES just takes a bit more planning on what rooms to do at a time rather than waiting for the thing to cool down!

A very handy machine if you have a large area to to clean as you do need to rinse everything after the cleaning. Does not need any mycrofibre cloths for the floor attachment - which is great. Cleans as good as usual Karcher steamer Took me a little bit of time to get used to all the attachments and found the manual a little bit less informative then Turkish promotional video. still pleased in investing into it. Have yet to test it out on the carpet and windows.

I have bought an SV7 6 weeks ago and it was working fine until today. The vacuum has stoped working. All vacuum performance indicator lights keep flushing. The steamer is functional. What should I do?

I have had this SV7 for few years. So far worked ok. Only revently problem started. Steamer won’t stop, and it seems the steam leak from the connection between hose and main body causes this problem. Without steam tje vacuum works. When stesm starts, vacuum won’t work anymore. What should I do?
SV7: As the motor temperature increases, when hot to the touch, it starts to "hunt", the speed increases to a scream and then stops. Waiting for the motor to cool down just a little and the same issue arises within a minute. I used the machine on and off for about two hours. I replaced the dirty water three times.
Is this sort of problem just my machine? I reported this problem to the Parramatta Kaercher sales rep who suggested we take it to the factory. I bought the machine on 24 April 2018
