Hi Ben, We have purchased two Nextgen9 Kayaks and we had them delivered to the warehouse in Pt Adelaide and the pick up was simple and quick. We have just started to use them and are enjoying them greatly.
We are also impressed with the follow up emails from Kayaks2fish with the information on care of the kayaks and the check list and other info that we have received as we have never had anything to do with kayaks until now and it is very useful.

Purchased a NextGen mk2 and delivery was very quick. The yak is awesome and what I expected. Had an issue with the paddle but after sales team have sorted it out without any issues. I’ve recommended my yak to friends and one is ordering one the same tomorrow. Very happy.

We got a 2 seater kayak and had it delivered.
Kayak arrived with no issues in fast time with us being out of the city towards the country. Came in good wrapping as well so no issues with scratches. Everything looks like good quality and can't fault the service.

Bought my Nextgen 10 Kayak 10 months ago and since then. Screws vibrated loose during transport. Mesh on the front carry rack has perished. Aluminium pole that makes up the paddle snapped. Blade of the paddle cracked. Straps on the adjustable seat broke. The only thing it hasn't done is sink.

Product exactly as ordered online. Pick up was straight forward.
Looking forward to using our kayaks.

One of the best purchases I have made all year. Picked them up the next day. Bought a NextGen 9 for both the wife and I. I can't believe how easy it is to paddle. Unbelievably comfortable and balanced on the water.

Excellent kayak. Great price. It’s very stable, although I did capsize once fault due in no part to the kayak, but to my lack of experience. It’s my first ever kayak, and I love it. My wife ask me what I want for Christmas gift. I told her kayak. We went to kayak 2fish Sydney branch and bought triton orca kayak and some accessories like extra seat life vest, shoes, tie down straps, kayak hoist, wall hanger cooler and with the help of the salesman who was knowledgeable about the kayak and the accessories we need. He always has answer to all our questions very friendly and helpful. I’m very happy with our purchase and also my wife Christmas gift to me.

Purchase of kayak, trolling motor and mounting went without a hitch - all dispatched on December 20 - an XMAS present.

Receipt of kayak and battery before XMAS was great and in good time.

The trolling motor arrived JANUARY 10. Fully appreciate that these are trying times. The delivery business DID NOT contact us, the product customer AT ALL during this whole time.

In short the purchase GREAT. The delivery was very poor.

The customer for the delivery is K2F; not me; so I felt I was left at their mercy.
Some communication from delivery business would have greatly improved this purchase

My wife and i gave each other Nextgen9 kayaks for Christmas.
They are good quality, easy to use and a lot of fun.
Helpful emails and videos take the mystery out of the ins and outs
The salesperson was very helpful and made the whole process stress free

I am a complete novice and never even been on a Kayak previously. I purchased the Triton Kayak from Kayaks2Fish together with recommended accessories.
The products are all first class and the service exemplary. My mundane queries were always responded to swiftly, with clear answers and patience.

The gentleman on the phone provided really good advice on the kayak suited to my needs. I ordered a nextgen 10 and have used it 3 times. Great storage and reasonably easy to transport due to being lightweight. Stability wise is ok, took a bit of use to balance and a bit of water in the yak but feel I am getting more confident every time I use it. Only minor negatives are - I'm 6.2 and the foot pedals for the rudder are too short for me and find myself cramping up after a long ride. Have found that the plastic material does tend to scratch and chip easily when getting onto the roof so not very hardy material. Also wouldnt feel confident standing up in it either. Generally though a really smooth ride and bang for your buck.

Excellent service and first class tips and hints via follow up. I thought I was missing a couple of small parts and e-mail feedback was prompt and confirmed items were located in hatch - great service. Price of kayak was very competitive.

My son bought a Nextgen9 three months ago, he fell in love with it straight away and caught a nice size flathead second trip. I had to join him so a purchased a Nextgen10 MkII and I fell in love with mine! We can now spend good quality time on the water together, in a comfortable, usable Kayak. What more do you need, thanks Kayak2Fish..

Have just received my very first Kayak that I can call my very own. I can not rave about Kayaks2Fish enough, reasonable price, information and accessories are fantastic and easy to understand.

First kayak purchase and everything went smoothly (2 days from order to delivery). it seems to me that a good amount of thought went into the design and it hits a sweet spot between the cheaper and more expensive kayaks. as a first timer kayak owner i also appreciated the follow up emails from K2F, the private facebook group and youtube channel.

I have been searching for my first kayak in the last few months and end up of getting Nextgen 10 MKII which is very stable on the water, sold build and the price is very reasonable. Highly recommend for the beginner and the anglers who want to fish on the water.

Recently bought my first kayak, very easy to order online and pick up. Very happy with the product. Can’t wait to catch my first fish from it!

Had a very happy experience when purchasing my NextGen 9 from Kayaks2Fish. The whole package was ready for me and it didn’t take very long to organise everything before loading the kayak onto the roof of my car. I had assistance with loading the kayak but I could have used a little bit more guidance in how to tie it down correctly, especially when trying to reach the straps and get them across the kayak. I am not that tall and it was a bit of a challenge at the time. I have since worked out a procedure that works for me.

During the purchase phase, I opted to pay via an Internet Money Transfer and had no problems using that method.

Overall it was a very pleasing experience and the kayak is great.

Nexgen 11 is a great product and communication was perfect, informing me every step of the process. Only been on the water once due to a pedal that fell off because a nut had not been installed correctly. This was replaced without argument, which was great.
Kayak performs exceptionally well on the water and more importantly, the raised seat meant that I didn't get a wet backside.

I think all the tracking is and storage is great as I am able to fit all my accessories on with adding any tracking. But the stability of the kayak is my concern. I wanted to fit a motor on the back but I don't think it is stable enough to do that without having stabilisers and I hate them.

The products are better quality then the big box stores. The customer service is outstanding and their prices make kayaking accessible to everyone.

I absolutely love my nextgen 9 kayak and the fact that everything that you need is all included in the price. I have been really surprised with just how stable it is on the water and how easy to use that it is. It arrived within the specified timeframe and I was kept up to date of its progress at all times. When I picked it up the staff were super helpful and even showed me how to best load it onto my vehicle. I would highly recommend kayaks2fish to anyone considering to purchase a kayak.
