I ordered my products online as I was working away. They arrived promptly within a few days. Unfortunately I needed to return one of the products, as I had ordered it as a gift, only to find out the intended recipient already had one! I took the product to my nearest store, and was offered either a total refund or a credit, without any issues at all. A great experience all round!

We purchased global knife set from our local store and (lena, i think) the knife lady was so very helpful!
Cant wait to go back and purchase our other kitchen goods.

I am in the process of up dating many of my kitchen appliances, utensils and cookware. I have purchased quite a few products from Kitchen Warehouse over the past two years and have found the staff online and in the shop to be very helpful. The delivery is quick and no fuss.

I live on an island in Moreton bay ordered the wok on a Tuesday had it on Friday delivered by Aust.post service and quality of product A1.

I am always happy with the service at Kitchen Warehouse. They have a great range of products, a good loyalty program & great demonstrations to attend.

Attempted to return circulon kettle that had rusted on the inside and edge of spout. We were told by the sales assistant that "it's the water in Perth"... We have used filtered water for 20+ years! She then told us that she could 'try' sending it back to the manufacturer rep but that would take a month just to return as they only do returns once a month. We were also told that we should expect the kettle to wear out within two to three years. Many excuses and we are not happy. Left the shop very disappointed. Won't bother shopping with this business again. Went down the road and purchased a stainless steel kettle... I have since looked at reviews for this circulon kettle and they are a piece of junk!

Really gave me the run around and when they finally produced the goods there wasn't a complete set. I had to return them of course to get either my money back or a discount. I expected a reasonable deduction as I had bought a replacement elsewhere cheaper but thought I should do the right thing so went out of my way to pick it up. Instead of giving me even the cost of the missing replacement they offered me a couple of dollars as compensation! Which tell me the company is not interested in customer satisfaction. Just in ripping the customer off once they get your money.

I cannot say it often enough...Kitchenware Direct are an extremely professional company with very competitive prices and fabulous specials. I have never been disappointed with items purchased or service.

The purchase of some stylish ramekins was easy and value for money. There is a host of items to browse through and choose from. Good place to start when redecorating the home.
No hassles not barriers to shopping

Tefal cookware set..bought and was very happy with it.
One pan stated to flake its non stick coat, attempted to go through them for a warranty replacement..unfortunately the receipt was misplaced.
Bank transaction with a date was insufficient.
Was told they have never stocked the item ever.
A little strange since I bought one from them.

this griddle plate is a great product, its like having a bbq plate inside the house to cook on. Ive only had it for a few weeks but it will be something i will keep for a very long time. The taste of our meat that we cooked was like it was from the bbq. Having the option of flat or grill is great.

We bought a Mundial poultry shear about two weeks ago. They are basic, two-piece, stainless steel shears fixed at the pivot point with a s.s. bolt. No plastic just s.s. We had previously tried shears with plastic handles (reputable brands), they just didn't do the work.
We expect to have these things in the knife drawer for the next 10 years. Well made, simple, sharp, effective.
Simple, well made out of good material.
