Milk does not get hot even though milk is cold

I have had this machine for a little bit and loving it but now it is not getting hot. The coffee is only like warm

Where can I buy the brewing filter? I lost mine and I don't know which serial o.brand should I buy to.replace it

I bought this machine
And whenever I used it for cappuccino and lattes first more than half mug filled with milk and than bit of coffee.
More milky coffee than usual cappuccino n latte.
Is this issue anyone faced it?

After a week the frother stopped working after I left milk in it overnight, which curdled. I cleaned it, but now it won't suck up milk, it just steams, and if I turn the dial fully to the left it explode steam out the top of the frother.

Anyone knows how to fix it?

After I make a latte or cappuccino the porta filla is very watery when I empty it out - It’s as if all the water hasn’t come through properly. is this normal???

How do i get the milk to froth for my cappuccino?

My husband likes to have a double shot long black but instead of filling the cup with hot water and adding his expresso shots he just continuously does expresso shots till the cup is full. I’m not a coffee drinking so finding it difficult to figure out how to explain to him that’s not right. I asked when I bought the coffee from a local coffee place and was told you fill the cup then add your shots.. so question is, can this machine fill the cup with just hot water first ? Or do you need to add that from the kettle? Which is what I’ve been doing when I make it but seems silly that you need to use a separate water sauce so thinking I’m missing something .. any tips?

with my coffee maker the espresso and latte button blink together and the instruction manual doesn't explain why this is, first time in 6 months that this has happened

How do you clean got bit of milk smell in tubes

What is the lock-unlock knob on the back of the milk container on the Anko Semi Automatic coffee maker for? And, do you set it to lock or unlock when using the machine?

Do I store the milk reservoir in the fridge with the lid (including dispensing tube and froth control knob) on or is that lid electrical and not to be put into fridge? Also do we need to "prime the unit" each time before use? ty for any prompt assistance you can give me in this matter

I bought the semi automatic coffee machine two weeks ago. It has been fine for 2 weeks. Today no milk is coming out. I followed the trouble shooting in the manuel and have washed it in warm soapy water and cleaned the system using the latte/clean method, used oold milk but nothing has worked. Any ideas?

I found this coffee machine can only make one coffee? The milk frothing section is then too hot and nothing come out? Does it sound right?

This coffee machine is making my coffee undrinkably burnt every time. I'm using the same plain ground beans in my stove top old fashioned Italian style maker and they are smooth as. What can I do to help? I was bought this as a gift and I'm ready to throw it out less than two weeks later. Feel bad as my husband completely doesn't understand any green living principles and I would never buy myself an electrical device when something manual will do. But I hate it. Oh and every cup when I take out the handle after it's like sludge, not a nice firm brown disc.
