I have been sleeping on a koala mattress for the past month and cannot fault this product at all. I previously had neck and back troubles but haven’t had any issues since bought this amazing mattress.

The online and customer experience was excellent (and we experienced it from start to end as we returned the mattress). Was expecting to get mucked around during the return process but that was good too. The mattress just wasn't right for us.
We scored less from a product perspective because it's hard to ignore the fact that we felt like "it's just a foam mattress" compared to the materials/design that go into other mattresses.

My daughter loves this mattress. She is extremely happy with it. The best mattress she has ever slept on. Would highly recommend it to anyone. We are animal lovers through and through and it gives us great comfort knowing that we are helping our Koalas

Overall the mattress is rubbish, I had two koala mattresses that sagged in a space of 18 months! I wish I could say it was wonderful but no.. End up getting a refund which was pretty easy.. So thanks for that... But no sorry from koala saying I'm sorry you have been sleeping in a ditch for the last year...

I have found the Koala to be a very comfortable bed. It eases the pain that I had been experiencing in my neck and knees.
It was easy to set up, which I did by myself.
I have only had it for nearly a month but so far it is one of the best mattresses I have slept on.

The mattress is beautifully comfortable and supportive. As an older person, I am delighted with the relatively light weight, which makes it so much easier to make the bed. Perfection.

This mattress offers perfect support without being hard or uncomfortable in any way. I did not have any issues with it being too hot. I sleep so well now no matter what position I am in and after having recent surgery I spent a lot of time on my new mattress with no pressure marks or sore spots commonly encountered. If my mattress was gone today I would buy another Koala in a second. I can't rate this product highly enough and with their trial period there is nothing to lose and a good night's sleep to gain - not to mention all of the associated health benefits. Thank you KOALA I love it.

I have been using a Koala for a few weeks now and can not recommend them enough, such a comfortable and supportive mattress fitted with the additional sheets that are heavenly soft all combined to great an amazing night sleep.

Seriously, its just a mattress, a normal mattress - absolutely nothing wrong with it. But Koala will keep sending countless emails asking for reviews and more reviews. Get over it. Please Koala stop asking for reviews.

Really comfortable mattress, much better than my old one! It arrived the day after I ordered it, so super fast shipping! Only bad thing is the terrible smell - make sure to have time to air out for at least a week!

The mattress was great for the first few weeks. After a month or so I began experiencing back and neck pain as the mattress is very soft. If you don't want a soft mattress, this isn't the one for you. They offer a great trial period - make sure you take advantage of the trial period - I was lazy and did not.
