Way too firm
Mattress is only a few months old and way to hard and is contributing to a huge amount of back pain for both my partner and I. Very difficult to get a good nights sleep.

Comfortable bed
Very comfortable bed. I like that you cannot feel any springs because it is made with 2 different type of foam. Delivery is very quick, I ordered in the morning and came in the afternoon.

Where is it actually made?
The mattress was too firm . Koala responded quickly, the solution being a free topper . The bag says “Australian owned and made”, the label attached to the topper “Made in China”. Koala have chosen not to post my feedback on their website so here it is.

owned, the cover however is actually made in China.About time Koala was more honest with their advertising then. And as for the fact you cherrypick reviews to post on your website I find this unethical. I would not have bought this product if the full facts were disclosed. Very, very disappointed.

Best sleep ever!
not too soft,not too hard.. just perfect! it was love at first sleep. It is very comfortable to sleep in, at first we were like well, there is 120 days trial so we’ll just see if we like it. But the first night we just slept like a baby.. Well this mattreds is for keeps! Never knew sweet dreams are made of these.

Getting used to it
Seems very comfortable however it's so different from what I'm used to that it may take a bit more time to adjust. Cant say about longevity - only had it 2 weeks.
The koala toy is cute but unnecessary land fill by the way.

Extremely comfortable
Prior to this mattress,I suffered extreme back and leg pain,since obtaining this mattress the pain has dropped to a minimul level,and some nights to zero.My husband suffers with extreme arthritis and says mattress has made a difference.

Less the one year and it is bad already
The mattress is not durable at all! It already lost its firmness and I’ve got it less than one year ago. I am disappointed with this product and don’t recommend it!

Great mattress, great company
I've been sleeping so well on my new koala mattress. Soft but supportive, no tossing and turning, and undisturbed when my partner moves around. Delivery was fast and easy and I love that the company has ethical and sustainable production.

Should have done it sooner!
No sagging, no tossing or turning, and great quality! I'm not waking up as many times during the night and feel supported and comfortable.

We love all 3 of our Koala mattresses
Our Koala mattress is firm but soft to lie on, and perfect for supporting my back. I have some serious back problems and have trouble sleeping and experience lower back pain the next day without the right mattress. The Koala mattress has been perfect. Our mattresses are still new but so far they look good, keeping their shape well.

Double works for us.
We bought a Koala queen for our main bedroom. Loved the quick and easy order and delivery process. Then bought another Koala for downstairs bedroom. Went for double, big enough.

Fantastic product, best night sleep in a long time! Very comfortable and great for side sleepers too. I purchased one each for my kids, and I love having sleep overs in their room as their bed is so much nicer than mine. Will purchase one for myself soon too :)

Great service, very comfortable
It's so comfortable for back and side sleepers. I am 9 months pregnant and wish I had of bought this earlier in pregnancy as my sleep has really improved since using koala. So far no issues with quality or sagging (I've had it 1 month). I love that it's Australian owned, breathable and has a great warranty in case of future issues.

Exceptional Sleep
having a young family we needed to get a mattress on the kids' room for myself and my partner to help with the sleep training so was purchased as a second bed (did not want to spend a lot of money on it but need something better than a cheap spring one)

Great mattress
The mattress is a nice mix of soft but supportive. In conjunction with their pillow my neck pain while sleeping has reduced. I choose to sleep on different sides to let the structure bounce back to normal.

A breathable, waterproof mattress protector is a great option to protect your mattress. Look for a protector with a natural fibre content to ensure that it is breathable and keeps you cool. Tencel is a great option because it absorbs moisture efficiently and provides an unfavourable environment for bacterial growth for added protection.

Can we machine wash the mattress cover?

Hi Vera,
We recommend that you spot clean your Koala cover for smaller spills. If you need to clean the whole mattress cover you can wash this on a warm wash, no higher than 40 degrees.
