The mattress is a nice mix of soft but supportive. In conjunction with their pillow my neck pain while sleeping has reduced. I choose to sleep on different sides to let the structure bounce back to normal.

Getting used to the mattress... it is very firm... can't tell this early how it has made a difference...

Ordered 3 double mattresses for the kids. The whole procedure was very simple, and when they arrived, so easy to install. The mattresses are very comfortable, and the kids love the little koalas that came with the mattresses. And what made it better, was that they picked up the mattresses and packaging afterwards. Definitely will get one for myself when I need to change it. Also, love that they give some proceeds to charity.

Have needed a new mattress for about a year now but most were too expensive and finally found one in my price range and what a good decision, no more tossing and turning or waking with a sore back. The Koala mattress is quite firm and suits me to a tee, no regrets and can recommend it without question. Only had it for about 2 weeks so can't comment on how long it will stay firm and comfortable.

I tend to like firmer mattresses so this is great for me. I note some brands have options to vary the firmness but to me this complicates the mattress and I doubt people will go to the trouble of re-organising the layers. I like the fact it does not feel like you are on a wave in the ocean. The actual matress is heavier than I imagined but that a minor point. I like the removable cover to cleaning purposes though I think it will be quite a job getting it back on. Delivery was slightly late from specified which was slightly annoying but otherwise Im happy with it.

Just wanted to say I had a great experience with purchasing my Koala mattress so far. The customer service is fantastic, service is so quick and reliable. I can't fault it. I'm still getting used to my mattress itself, but so far so good. I'm a very indescisive person, so the simplicity of purchasing online was very appealing to me! Rather than spending hours in a store "trying" different types of mattress', that would have left me more confused. Very happy with my decision to buy from Koala and it's a major plus to support Australian businesses!

I bought two double mattresses for each of my teenage boys. They said they are having the best sleep ever. My problem is trying to get them out of bed now.

Fantastic company despite mattress not working out. Mattress is one foam piece and was too soft. Purchased for an older person and it was too difficult for them to roll over. It’s hard to give this review because the mattress was absolutely terrible for someone needing back support. However it was the most pleasant experience dealing with the customer support. I could not believe how easy it was to return this item!! I would give the company a 5- star review because they were friendly and punctual both with initial delivery and the return & refund process. We were truly disappointed that the mattress was not adequate for our needs. A great company.

I decided to upgrade from my single spring bed to a double and gave koala a try. The memory foam feels amazing compared to my old mattress. Your whole body feels supported, helping you to feel more relaxed and rested.

Took me a couple of weeks to get used to but I can now say it is the best mattress I've ever had. As someone who struggles to sleep, I'm finding I've gone from maybe 4 hours a night to at least 8 hours a night. It's a firm mattress, but once you find that position you are comfortable in the mattress feels supportive and perfect! I probably won't buy from any other brand from now on.

The new mattress seems to be comfortable and supportive and I'm sleeping better. Have not had any major problems since using it and there no sagging whatsoever and it's firm.

So far perfect! Very comfortable & no movement at all when my husband moves. I also have arthritis and have found that the Koala mattress cushions my body, pain during the night is greatly reduced. Excellent and easy to order - 4 hrs from order to delivery, wow!

I find this mattress the best one I’ve ever had. I’m getting better sleep since purchasing the koala mattress. I’m not sore or achy in the mornings anymore, Although it’s so much harder to get out of bed because it’s so comfy.

We've been sleeping on the matress for 1 week now. It's incredibly comfortable and supportive. It doesn't move when my partner rolls over. I regularly suffer from a sore back, but so far I have not.

Very comfortable and best of all I am no longer frightened of moving on a cold night into a cold spot because there don't seem to be any - nice. No metal in it too so no conductor for the emr coming from your mobiles or TVs, especially important with killer 5G on the horizon.

Quality of sleep is significantly better! I move a lot but now my partner can sleep through it all. This has been the best mattress we've slept on in decades!
