My Husband made our amazing bed frame to suit the new Koala mattress. We are both very impressed. Easy to purchase, delivery was quicker than expected. Courier was really good for our remote location.

SO easy to assemble took literally 5 mins. Very comfortable! Im so happy with it! I definitely sleep better and dont wake with a dead arm and pins and needles - so thats a win!

The customer service and ease of ordering this mattress is amazing. Quick delivery, easy to open packaging and the mattress itself seems of great quality too. I also love that you get to 'adopt' a Koala with your purchase. The mattress is on the harder side so if you want something soft and fluffy, it's not for you. But if you prefer hard mattresses, this one will give you great support. Only 2 weeks in so far but I think I'll keep it.

Very disappointed as I found the mattress to be way too hard and very uncomfortable. It seems hot too and it gives off a very strong toxic smell which is still there after two weeks.
The mattress sits quite low and seems quite cheap feeling. I now think its a bit of a rip off compared to other mattresses.
Its a hassle to shop for a new one and return the Koala but theres no way I can sleep on it.

The mattress is so comfortable, & very supportive I absolutely love it, I am getting the best quality sleeps I can ever remember having so far .
My husband has neck & back issues, & he is sleeping better, he used to wake up with sore shoulders neck & back, now that we have this mattress most of his aches have gone.
The mattress has maintained its shape & firmness . Weve only been sleeping on it for about 3 weeks but so far it is living up to its reputation.
I will do another review in 6 months & hopefully we are still sleeping blissfully on our Koala king mattress. :)

I tried the koala mattress purchased it in 2022. I found it too hard for me personally.
This is my third bed in a box experience. I have never returned any of my other ones( different brands) And just disposed of them. However I was within my 120 day guarantee. I emailed koala letting them know it wasn't for me. They emailed me a return number and times for mattress pick up. The following week I followed instructions for pick up and within 3 hours of pick up received a refund notification from koala. They honestly do come through with there guarantee.
Great experience! If they brought out a more plush version mattress I would definitely be purchasing. Thank you koala for practicing what you preach.

Initially thought it was quite good. But 2 years in the mattress on my side has sagged badly and is now giving low back pain. Service and delivery were excellent though. I’m extremely disappointed that I have to go buy another mattress now, will not be koala. Buyer beware.

How did I sleep in a wire mattress for so long?! Koala mattress is not only affordable, cover washable and breathable it is super super comfortable. We love it and have bought a second for the guest room knowing our guest will be as comfortable as we are at night.

No more back pain, wonderful nights rest, much cooler then the old Plush mattress, no sagging, no partner disturbance, all in all a fantastic investment along with the Koala Pillows.

I was a little apprehensive but after reading the reviews I just had to see for myself what the fuss was all about. OMG! After a quick online purchase and even quicker delivery where I could track its every move on line, once I received the mattress and tried it that day what a difference indeed. Comfort, design, and it looks great with its own cover!
And just the fact that you can exchange it if it doesn’t suit, every step is easy with Koala why wouldn’t you try it yourself the reviews are accurate!! Try it what are you waiting for!

Love the company and their service offering. Mattress is superb quality and can not fault it except it is just a little too firm for me. I’m keeping it however as I have resolved the firmness with a foam topper.

The best and most PERFECT Bed and Mattress purchase I have ever made. In the past i have spent significantly more money on bed and base options that were not even half as good as what Koala offer. I was first drawn t them for their kindness in supporting our beautiful Australian Koalas and charities in general. Then i saw the AMAZING customer reviews for their beds and mattresses and decided to see if the reviews were true. I can honestly say that they are.
