I wanted to buy a mattress from koala, I have sent 4 emails over the last week without a reply, it’s apparent my business isn’t as important as I thought. I have decided to buy a One Bed mattress instead, significantly cheaper with the same perks warranty wise. Thanks for nothing

I have given my mattress 3 months to write a review and can say that it is great value for money. It has very little transferred bounce and is sooo cozy.
It smelt a little when unveiling from the plastic but that went away once aired out.

Really cant complain about this product

I needed a new mattress ASAP as my back had been killing me and I haven’t been sleeping well. So I did some research and the koala mattresses had over 22,000 Great reviews. They all said this mattress was a game changer and that is exactly what it has been for me. I have a bad back in general and have had surgery so need a good mattress. I have found the koala mattress to be fantastical! I am extremely happy with my purchase and it has helped improve my sleeps in general.

The customer service is excellent, my mattress arrived the day after I ordered it and it was super easy to unpack. I brought a King and did it all on my own.
I think the price is very fair, I had a 15% discount.
I would happily recommend this product !!!!

We upgraded our Mattress as our old one was starting to give lower back issues and i kept rolling into the middle of the bed. My cousin had recently purchased a Koala Mattress and said he had no issues with the firmness and sagging, he has had his mattress for over a yr and it is as if he bought it yesterday.

The product is amazing for first few months and then things started to go downhill. First I thought a little change in firmness is fine but as time kept passing now I have more back pain and it has changed shape.

My wife and I are very happy with our king sized mattress. Very comfortable and the service was next day. What a great Australian company. A real pleasure to deal with. Thanks Koala

Koala mattress is like sleeping on a layer of bricks.
So so firm :(
I would not recommend buying one of these mattresses at all. I'll be ringing up for a refund Monday ...

- partner and I are between 6ft1 and 6ft6
- both over 100kgs
- side sleepers, never gonna change that
- constantly sore upper back after sleeping on the mattress for more than 3 hours
- had the bed for 2 months
- deceivable after all the clever SEM marketing
- we both massage each other after sleeping which is nice but don't have the time to every day of the week
- If you are slight person or couple you will likely not have these issues.
- Never had these issues before koala mattress

Do not buy this bed if you are a big person aka more than 100kgs

We have been using a Queen Koala mattress for many years and upgraded to a King recently and we LOVE it! I no longer wke up in pain anymore and I get a great sleep. It is very comfortable and supportive.

We researched heaps of mattresses before settling on the koala, lots of great reviews. Sadly we bought last year during winter and it was fine but holds way way too much heat for me and my partner both during summer in WA. We only used air con sparingly previous to this and now have uncomfortable sticky nights even with our portable air con on. Sadly we are out of the warranty period and can’t return it. Hoping to warn others who might sleep hot.
The up side is the customer service has been excellent. Upgraded from 3 to 4 stars after the positive experience overall. Worth a try for sure.

The customer service side of purchasing is excellent. Which is likely why Koala gets so many positive reviews. But the quality of the mattress itself is pretty poor. I purchased a Koala mattress a little under a year ago. The mattress now has two compressed foam indentations where we lie. In fact it's quite uncomfortable to roll out of these divots as they are now so deep int the mattress. So less than a year later I'm looking for a new king mattress again. Unlikely I'll do the boxed mattress thing again as clearly they just don't last.

Sleep has been good since getting this mattress.
The koala mattress feels durable, it hasn’t developed any depressions.
I am able to sleep comfortably even though I can get a sore back from work.

We have had our Koala mattress for 2.5 years and I’m disappointed to report it has been showing signs of indentations and loss of shape for quite a few months.

Both my husband and I are waking up with stiff necks and jaws and my husband is now getting pins and needles in his hands. We have tried multiple different pillows hoping that would be a solution.

Beware the slick marketing campaign that encourages people to review the delivery service etc within the period in which this mattress does not sag. If you want a mattress for 6months then this is the one for you. Otherwise stay away and find another. Don’t be sucked in by the influencers and the Instagram account. It is cheap junk and the support is sub par.

We have been very satisfied with the whole Koala experience the order and delivery were hassle free and on time.
We have found the mattress to be comfortable and supportive, to date it cannot be faulted and we are very happy with our purchase.

We have been using the KS mattress for 4 weeks. No hot spots. Light and easy to make. This is a mattress for sleeping - can't feel partner moves, and VERY comfortable, right mix between soft and firm. Although it is not a mattress for sitting on the sides - as it is not as firmly SUPPORTED OR CONSTRUCTED as other mattresses, we bought it for sleep improvement - no hot spots- and we have that. GREAT.
Service, delivery and follow up is EXCELLENT. Packaging is superb and the sheets come in delightful boxes - but a tad over done as usually the boxes are recycled....although it is recommended to use for storing other things.

I'm happy to say I'm impressed with my new koala mattress I can't even feel my partner move any more when we are sleeping witch is great and it is very comfortable thanks koala

I was disappointed and left with an emergency situation when Koala failed to deliver within the window I had specified. They didn't mail it out until the first day of the window I'd asked for, and were unable to guarantee it would arrive when I had requested, upon querying. When I pointed out that this wasn't good enough, their failure to dispatch it on time to arrive within the window wasn't my fault, the agent on phone told me 'okay we'll just cancel your order then' and hung up on me!
