Matress is fine, customer service is terrible lost me as a customer. You still havent updated the wording on your website re old matress collection. This is deceiving to customers, then you lie about it

We’ve only had the mattress a few weeks, but I have had the best sleep. I thought, at first, that the mattress was too firm, but it seems to have the right balance of support, and comfort. No ‘partner disturbance’ either!!
Also super fast delivery to a regional area.

Whether I’m sleeping just me or friends this mattress suits everyone super the king is nice and spacious and even with three in the bed it’s super supportive and is great for all sleeping styles

Awesome mattress. Non-disturbance is best feature. Nice and firm too. Sleeping much better! Staff great & the collection and recycling of your old mattress is a very handy and brilliant service.

We bought our first Koala mattress 5 years ago. We loved it so much we’ve bought a new one and used the old one for a new guest room. We’ve also bought both our boys Koala singles. Very happy and highly recommended!

Still getting used to it ( less than a week) but so far Love it! The quality of our sleep has definitely improved, sleeping for longer periods at a time, rather than waking, tossing & turning to get comfortable.
Love the fact there is no partner disturbance, thought our last bed was good but the Koala is amazing!
Delivery was super speedy and mattress easy to handle.
Although we have only been using the mattress for less than a week, it seems very dense and can’t imagine it going out of shape or sagging for a very long time, if ever.

Purchased a king size after previously purchasing a queen size for my son which was very comfortable. The king size is not the same - it is much firmer (my son cannot believe it’s the same mattress). My back aches every night and morning and I have not had a decent sleep since buying . Wish I had kept my old mattress. The soft topper they sent at no cost has not helped :(

This mattress is amazing. I have noticed a difference in how I slept and how fast I go to sleep.
I was using a memory foam, latex mattress. This one is much, much better

This mattress is so comfortable. I no longer feel hot and sleep well. My back pain has gone and I don't even know my partner is next to me apart from his snoring. I recommend getting the King size as there is so much space. Wish I had this mattress when I had babies and children in bed with me

The first thing I noticed was it is a hot mattress to sleep on, even though it is winter and the room is not heated I found the mattress would heat up and I would sweat.

Second issue was within 2 weeks a noticeable indentation appeared and now after 3 months is a definite wallow ! I dont understand all the good reviews and unfortunately will be looking for a new mattress shortly and wish I had never wasted my money on a Koala.

To be fair my partner does not find the mattress hot but after a few months she has now noticed a dent forming on her side.

P.S We washed cover when we first unpacked to remove chemical smell and tag was washed off. serial number is P051909.

Noticeable sagging and strange striped discolouration even with a mattress protector. Only bought this mattress ~4 months ago. Should it be this way already? Bed is very comfy and service to purchase was amazing, however the sag is worrisome only being a few months now old.

Worst sleep ever on this mattress cost me $2500 for chiropractor to fix my back which is now permently damaged from sleeping on this mattress Solicitors next to claim some compensation Do not buy one of these

We first bought a queen sized koala mattress and it was firm and felt great. We then bought a king koala mattress but after sleeping on it for awhile found it to be softer than the queen and is now causing backaches. We didn’t actually open the product until after the 90 days trial period as we were moving and didn’t think it would have any quality differences than the previous product purchased, but now we feel it is definitely different and are not very happy about the such a difference in firmness.

Comfy mattress provides good nights sleep. Can’t feel movement of other person on the bed. It’s firm but snug, must be the memory foam. Happy with this purchase, did not expect it to be this comfy because it was so cheap compared to other king size mattresses on the market.

Ok for first few months but has caused significant hip pain from long term use and I can now only sleep in the moulded spot which is a bad design. Will not be using a memory foam mattress again.

The Best sleep I have had in a long while, super confortable, nil dusturbance from your partner allowing you to have un -interupted restful sleep you could ever hope for

So we were very nervous about buying a bed & mattress online without even lying on it, but Koala’s great return policy got us over the line. Not that we needed it! Love our Koala! Fantastic supportive mattress - firm without being too hard, soft on the joints & bones. Its seen me through a bad back and pregnancy with total comfort. I also love that there’s little movement detected from your partner - if they roll over, you don’t feel a thing - weight is distributed perfectly. Had for over 12 months, still as new as the day we bought it. Highly recommend!
