My mattress is a very comfy and supportive mattress it is also very durable. This is shown by the fact that I have had it for over 3 months. Don't change it.

Being a subscriber to Choice magazine, I found Koala had the second highest score, only beaten by a mattress costing over $3000! There will be another purchased by this household shortly.

Thank you Koala, from the surprise discount at checkout I wasn't expecting, speedy delivery, minor hiccup with the courier sorted out efficiently (and resolved within an hour!) then a surprise box of goodies to say sorry for the courier hassle. So we took the gamble, a bed that arrived in a box... seriously didn't expect it to be so comfortable, such a shame it was purchased for my daughter! We are most definitely buying again soon, and next time it's for us!!!!

Purchased my Koala mattress at the end of February 2017. Have had no trouble at all with it, and am sleeping very comfortably thank you! The guys who started this are locals from my area (Northern NSW) and I am happy to support them. Good service & good communication. I am still within my '120 days' trial I guess, but I won't be sending the mattress back... no complaints at all!

I find Koala mattress tp be excellent so far. Cheap for the product, love the service. The 100 day return is a great feature too. Durability - too soon to say.

This mattress has a sinking in feeling to lay on but is very supportive of my back and hips. It has kept me cool. It is easily manuevrable also. I have had good sound sleeps since purchase.

Extremely happy with the Koala mattress - it is all that was advertised and more. Extremely comfortable and very high quality. Plus It has to be the easiest way to purchase a mattress with great service and easy delivery. Mattress stays cool to sleep in - so much better than my old mattress which was latex and would heat up which is so unhealthy and uncomfortable.

Bought a single mattress for my son. I have slept on it twice and found it very comfortable. It's medium in the firmness. I normally sleep on a sleep number mattress and it's very comparable in support and comfort. It comes in a box and I dragged it upstairs and installed it very easily. I've heard they can be hot but I haven't found it to be.

We've ordered 2 single mattresses for our kids about a month ago. They find the mattress very comfortable, no complaints :-) Delivery and was next day and the whole process was easy and smooth.

Extremely comfortable and supportive. Was very easy to order, fast delivery even in holidays. Fits my bed exactly, very easy to fit and change sheets, has a very comfortable top which is cool in summer, and I think will paradoxically also be cosy in winter.

We own 2 single mattresses bought for the kids bunks first purchased in Dec 2016 so good we went back for a second jan 2017.
Kids have been sleeping through in this crazy Sydney heat. The mattresses are firm, supportive and very comfortable.

The process was easy, quick and delivered exactly on time. Once out of the box the bed was very comfy and immediately I noticed my hip pain was gone. NB Very happy to also that we could try for 120 days - didn't need it however as we tried for 2 weeks then threw our old mattress out as we knew we were never going back!.
