Very comfortable & supportive mattres. I'm using it on a slat bed, but, it is performing well on the timber base. Very solidly built. Excellent packaging & delivery service.

Mattress delivered with small package and cute instruction to open. Very supportively comfortable is the mattres. It's soft but you won't feel back pain at all. I have so much better sleep quality with koala!

After 6 years of sleeping on a single inner spring mattress, we got my son a Koala single mattress. He was never comfortable on the old one and he is now sleeping longer (almost 11 hours) on the Koala.
His words are it's "comfy and cooler".

Once we can afford it my Wife & I will be getting a new queen size.

Also the 4 hour delivery the same day was great.

A great mattress conveniently delivered to my door which is fantastic when you live in a remote area! Have only had a short while so cannot comment on durability but so far very happy with my purchase.

My 2 yo daughter loves her new big person bed. It's lovely to see her smile as she snuggles under the covers. We lay beside her reading a story before she sleeps so I know it's comfortable.

On my second sleep on my new mattress I slept for five hours straight - which is a record for me.

I normally get very hot in my sleep but this mattress doesn't heat up like others - therefore I am very happy.

This is without a doubt the most comfortable mattress I have owned in 79 years. It is flexible but firm and gives me a really good night's sleep. I have not owned it long but see no reason why it should not last me the rest of my days.

Had major back surgery twenty years ago have been sleeping in a chair ever since but can now sleep in very comfortable bed. It has great support without being too hard.

Shipping was next day and boxed well for ease of taking to bedroom to unpack.

A good balance not too soft or hard and extremely comfy.

Highly recommended for anyone who want to try something other than a spring bed.

I bought a koala single mattress (medium) for my 4yo boy. The mattress arrived within 12h (I ordered at night). It's so comfortable... you can feel that the mattress supports your body really well and still have the "cocoon" feeling... I can wait for my own mattress to "die" so I can get the kind size one for myself. My son sleeps better and longer since he has the Koala mattress.
The extra plus: few days after the purchase, I received an email to inform me that by buying the mattress, I adopted a koala from the Port Macquarie Koala Hospital and they even sent me the certificate.
So far, I am happy with the product, with the delivery, with the fact that an injured koala is being looked after...

It seems weird that a mattress that comes delivered rolled up in a box could possibly do the job, but first nights sleep and awake with none of the usual aches and pains. Very comfortable with good support. Will be buying koala again.

As I have suffered sore hips in bed for some time I decided tp try the Koala mattress and could not be more pleased. It is extremely comfortable and I had immediate relief from my hip soreness. It had a smell initially but this has all but disappeared. I can highly recommend the Koala mattress to any of you trying to alleviate pressure points It really is so comfortable!!
