I replaced an old non-HD Tv with tis one for my kitchen. The old one had restricted viewing angles. This one from Kogan has superb vision from any angle.
It is a breeze to set up.
I did find that, in my application, the sound was quite poor. I had to fiddle with the settings but it i still not right. Compared to my old klanger this is a disappointment. It does have "surround sound" but that was worse. In a different setting it would probably be tolerable.
Otherwise it is a top product.

Sorry to say but I know why it's discontinue it's the rubbish that they sell less then 3 hr work out of warranty as it only keep for camping I will Neve buy from them again I should have got the one from Harvey Norman or JB Hi-Fi that way I can take it to any shop where Kogan got to send it back to where you bought it from waste of time waste of money never again it may have been the lemon but before anybody you need to check out the sound as it was terrible weak

We wanted a TV and DVD combo for use in our five year old's bedroom. Picture quality is fine, sound not so great (but good enough for our purpose), no need for any other bells and whistles (eg ports etc). DVD player is rather noisy during play, but for the price is hard to complain. Wouldn't buy again though.

this tv was a good price. it didnt last that long and wouldnt turn on just past the 12 month mark but we live by the beach so perhaps the salt air was to blame.

the main issue for me was that the lowest volume setting was still too loud but other than that it worked well.

Bought this TV as we need a TV with budget for our house. The TV comes with the DVD player, we do not use the DVD player much as we use it for watching TV and connect it to our google chromecast. The TV is not a smart TV so do not buy it if you need a smart TV. it have good connectivity to XBOX or PS if you want. We used it to connect to XBOX one with no issues last time. The bad thing with this TV is the speaker is really bad. it is getting worse if you make it louder.

We brought the KOGAN 24" LED TV & DVD Combo for our caravan which has been great but has had little use to find now it wont turn on! Tested it inside our home also and still wont work..... not happy considering it hasn't had much use and been well looked after :(

Purchased this for my elderly mum to use in her bedroom. Product had a soft tinny sound virtually impossible to make out sounds properly. Picture was inferior, just couldn't get a decent colour on it. I'm spoiled as I have a hisense tv, mum was that disappointed that she doesn't want to use it. Please folks pay a little more and be happy. I will never buy cheap again

Having bought a number of products from Kogan I'm extremely impressed with the quality and competitive pricing. My latest purchase, 24 inch Kogan LED TV/DVD Combo was no let down. One thing I found is the sound is a little tinny, however some $10.00 Kogan speakers solved the problem.

Just purchased the KALED24DVDZF model TV/DVD 24' combo. This is a great little TV/DVD combo set where you can minimise space with a DVD player attached to a TV. The all in one is a geat little package. Good quality picture and easy to set brightness and contrast easy. Im not a great fan of small TV's however this is perfect for the spare guest room or the spare bedroom. Good quality and easy to operate and for free shipping and only $179.00 dollars its a steal for the price. Way to go Kogan !!

I needed a TV and fast, low priced 2 in one that included a DVD player .
Kogan were excellent in service and shipping.
Easy setup, great picture and sound.
The built in DVD player can cause issues in other brands but this Kogan product has been awesome.
Incredibly light and slim design perfect for bedroom, kitchen, wherever you want.
Enough standard points including USB and speaker outlets.
Would definitely purchase this brand again.

Received brand new unit on 20-12-14 from Kogan.
Assembled, connected to antenna and power supply then turned ON.
Everything was OK. Easy to setup. BUT the screen has a permanent vertical blue line close to the middle of the screen.
Contacted Kogan, was advised to pack the faulty unit, bring it to Australia Post (free postage) to get it send back to Kogan for repair.

What an experience !

Got on of these for my desk for upcoming cricket season. The inbuilt DVD is great, the price is great, the Kogan customer service is pretty good, though the sound is not so great.

When it arrived, the wrong screws for the stand were included, which was very annoying, though I easily managed to find screws fro my own toolbox that did the job.

Assuming correct screws are normally included, pretty good for the price though probably worth spending an extra $50 or so and get something better.

The sound quality is appalling, and ignore kogans excuse that it's because of the units size because my ipad sounds a hell of a lot better than this tv from the same distance, and while the ideal viewing angle is a pain, it isn't any worse than some better known brands of led Tvs. We purchased this to watch tv in bed so I just made a stand to tilt it slightly lower and picture quality is fine this way. I reckon this would be an ideal unit for caravans or granny flats, but get a set of external speakers for anything bigger.
