Good with some misgivings

published

I replaced an old non-HD Tv with tis one for my kitchen. The old one had restricted viewing angles. This one from Kogan has superb vision from any angle.
It is a breeze to set up.
I did find that, in my application, the sound was quite poor. I had to fiddle with the settings but it i still not right. Compared to my old klanger this is a disappointment. It does have "surround sound" but that was worse. In a different setting it would probably be tolerable.
Otherwise it is a top product.

Purchased in March 2021 at Kogan.com for $139.00.

kogan are alright

published

this tv was a good price. it didnt last that long and wouldnt turn on just past the 12 month mark but we live by the beach so perhaps the salt air was to blame.

the main issue for me was that the lowest volume setting was still too loud but other than that it worked well.

Kogan TV

published

Having bought a number of products from Kogan I'm extremely impressed with the quality and competitive pricing. My latest purchase, 24 inch Kogan LED TV/DVD Combo was no let down. One thing I found is the sound is a little tinny, however some $10.00 Kogan speakers solved the problem.

Cheap and perfect for the bedroom

published

Just purchased the KALED24DVDZF model TV/DVD 24' combo. This is a great little TV/DVD combo set where you can minimise space with a DVD player attached to a TV. The all in one is a geat little package. Good quality picture and easy to set brightness and contrast easy. Im not a great fan of small TV's however this is perfect for the spare guest room or the spare bedroom. Good quality and easy to operate and for free shipping and only $179.00 dollars its a steal for the price. Way to go Kogan !!

24" KALED24DVDZF

My TV has been functioning well until it suddenly changed to presenting only the left half of the picture. The right side is either white with black vertical stripes or completely black.
Do you have any suggestions?

The problem with Kogan products cheap and nasty it's not worth buying cheap and nasty brands it cannot be fixed because the cost of repair outweighs a new product sorry to hear the problem

Hi Jill, thank you for your question.
Our TVs use a standard power cable type that will be carried by most electronics stores or retail stores who sell TVs. Alternately, you are welcome to contact our Help Desk for assistance here: https://www.kogan.com/au/help/

Hi,

Thank you for your question.

iView is an online catch up TV service, not one that can be accessed through digital TV, unfortunately.

It requires an internet connection and a compatible device, for the for the full list of these you can see this article: http://iview.abc.net.au/support/where-to-get-iview

If you wish to access iView, you may need to purchase a tablet or ipad ( one that you can fit a SIM card and place on a plan from an major internet provider) that way you will always be able to access iView via your iPad/Tablet. You cannot access iView via your televison.
