Kogan brand started malfunctioning 2 week past the refund policy expiring!
See title. Bought on sale and now I see why. It is no exaggeration; it began giving me problems 2 weeks exactly after the refund policy expired. The mouse touchpad keeps disconnecting, the laptop will randomly not accept either an external mouse or any flash drive, and now the laptop keeps shutting off or freezing mid work! I bought this just for work as I travelled and now I can't do even that. I hoped a factory reset would help but it didn't. Extremely disappointed, do not recommend the Kogan brand in any way.
Purchased in January 2021 at Kogan.com for A$250.00.

Kogan Convertib le Notebook C300
I was given this computer new 9 months ago
It has normal usage but from day 1 it has a 'cursor runaway problem'
When typing the cursor will jump a few letter spaces and then take off (it just did it then), ending up at the bottom of the screen until the esc key is pressed.
As well as that it freezes totally a lot and the only way to remedy this is to restart.
The device seems to work ok with a re mote keyboard
The last para shows what the result is with spaces everywhere!!!
Kogan have been absolutely no help at all
No calls or e-mails that mean anything just canned messages...Read more

Fraudulent Company won't honour warranty
I purchased a Kogan Atlas 13.3" Laptop. The keyboard stopped working after a month and the touch pad not long after that.
I contacted to Kogan help desk and was asked to provide a video of the problem. I am not sure how you video a keyboard that does not work...but I managed.
I sent the video to Kogan. They responded saying that the video file was too large and that I needed to make a video less than 15MB. The only problem is that the video I sent them was 5MB.
I contacted Kogan again, they told me to send the video again. I did, howe...Read more
ver I am not sure if they received it as they took some time to reply. Kogan then asked me to turn the power off and hold the off button for 5 seconds. I dutifully complied. The issues did not resolve.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Got cheated by these crooks
I posted a review already elsewhere but this may be the correct place. This product is terrible. If you want to throw away your money then go ahead and buy this cheaply-made junk.
I have sent the notebook back 4 times already. It would have been more often if I bothered to send it back every time I had a problem and if Kogan did not take so long to return it. Kogan have now had my notebook for 6 weeks and claim there is nothing wrong with it. I sent it back because it was not charging and they claim it works fine? Bunch of crooks who are not...Read more
honest. I gave them the benefit of the doubt when they lied and stated the notebook would take 10 days to deliver when it actually took around 40 days. I sent back the notebook twice for repairs before I asked for a refund as the laptop was unreliable and not fit for purpose. I was ignored. Only when I said I would contact the ACCC did they bother responding to my request for a refund. I have barely used the device as it was always crashing or unable to be charged. I have spent more time reinstalling windows 4 times than actually using this junk. Save yourself the grief and Kogan's bad treatment.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Worst computer ever
We first purchased this computer last year for our daughter through Duck Smith's online it was awful from the start, hard to use touch points were off then it stopped working. So we tried to send it back for warranty that took a lot of back and forth with Dick Smith's, they eventually agreed to replace the device. Well the replacement also broke 1mth after receiving it. So I asked for a refund, nope after again many emails and much of my time wasted they agreed to take it back to repair it. Kogan NEVER AGAIN!

Have had this product for 2 months and its been great until my keyboard decided to type numbers rather than letters. How do I resolve this?

I had the same problem
Kogan service was useless
Eventually they gave a refund
get on the phone to Kogan...tell them you want a return label to send the computer back for a refund. ...the keyboard is just the first error...soon you will have screen problems and then battery problems.... Never buy a computer from Kogan again
You will need to be very firm with Kogan as they will give you the run around. If you purchased using paypal, get your money back via that route as paypal are much easier to deal with and more customer friendly.

my wifi has turned of .Can you tell me where on the notebook it is to turn on. There is no key on it to turn back on. It sayes you have to do it manually . Thanks Christine

Not sure how computer minded you are but you need to open up your device manager, that can be done by searching for it. then locate your wifi and open it up right click and remove it then once it's gone, right click again and search for hardware and reinstall. That's what I used to do with mine when that would happen which was quite a regular thing. My Kogan is now a paper weight and was by far the worst computer I have ever bought.
