Guys ... just bought a Seagate 4TB expansion drive but the 32" TV (18 months old) does not recognise the drive. The is USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 port compatible.
Why does the TV not recognise the drive.

I have a Kogan 32 inch TV - which I have only used about 6 times, and it seems to have a defragmination type thing when you turn it on? It has been in the same spot for the past year. My daughter has the same one in her room which is older, and works perfectly. Any ideas?

Hi,
Mine is still going really well. I would ask Kogan if they have access to replacement remote's, or you can go to Dick Smith's or similar places and get a remote that you can use for all types of TV's. If you give Kogan a call, or message first, then if no luck ring Dick Smith.

You can also purchase from eBay but require the model number from the rear of the television so that you match the remote correctly

Jam thinking of purchasing a 32 inch dvd tv combo I am in country vic, when would it get here if order today and alittle worried by comments of poor sound and remote issues, not sure which model it is but price is $229?

Hi, I bought a 32'' tv from Kogan and I live in rural tasmania, we don't get mobile phone service very well, so we are in the country. I am so impressed with the Kogan TV. I use it in the lounge room as it is better than another one I bought elsewhere. I really don't think you will have a problem. If you do, Kogan are fantastic, they will help you in every way. I have purchased quite a few items from Kogan and not one has been a problem.
I am sure it will be fine.
